Uma pequena casa, num lugar calmo e tranquilo, onde pode sentir as ondas do mar, e cheirar a tão bela natureza dos Açores. Pode usufruir do Bar da Praia, numa bela noite calma de verão, onde terá vista da sua casa. A freguesia da Maia está localizada no meio da ilha, Mar de Prata está situada no centro da Maia, a um minuto da praia e do Trilho "Fonte Santa/Praia da Viola, a cinco minutos do Trilho "Pedra Queimada-Lajinha", a dez minutos das Piscinas Naturais, e do Trilho do "Degredo". Casa recuperada ( antiga adega), integrada numa quinta com 5.000 m2, com grande variedade de citrinos e outras culturas. Óptimo jardim, com vista para o mar e para a serra. Possui uma área social muito espaçosa, ideal para famílias e grupos de amigos, onde existe uma mesa de snooker. Muito próxima de várias praias e do centro de Vila Franca do Campo. Existem vários trilhos a começar nas proximidades da casa. Situada na costa sul da ilha de São Miguel, com fácil acessibilidade a Ponta Delgada.

Hi! We are Vitória and Hermínio, a happily married couple from the Azores. We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring. We´re looking forward to hear from you!

Love Shack/Beautiful Ocean Views

Our place has great views, is within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We love this house because of the ocean view and the sound of the ocean. Our house is cozy and was recently renovated. We put a lot of work and love into this house and are happy to share it with our family and friends. The house is nicknamed the love shack for it's appeal and charm. It is good for couples, family of four or solo adventurers, We hope you enjoy this gem as much as we do.

Casa Bela Vista

Casa Bela Vista is a happy, colorful family house. A place to rest your soul. Can accommodate 2-4 people and a baby or toddler, as we offer a travel cot if needed. It is a spacious house, consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen, and a living room. Has a terrace with a panoramic view of the sea (south) and mountains. It is often possible to see by naked eye, groups of dolphins pass the sea of the Amora bay, a nearby beach where you can walk from home and enjoy!

" Cantinho do Ilhéu" - Blue and Sea

The " Cantinho do Ilhéu "- Blue and Sea, is located on the south coast of the island, 5 minutes from the airport and city of Ponta Delgada. It is in a parish facing the sea, with 3 beaches, and a natural swimming pool just outside the lodging. The acommodation has a double bed room, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen in open space. At your arrival you will have some typical products of the Island as welcome gifts.

Casa do Lagar

CAPACITY: 2 + 2 kids. The house is T1 + mezzanine: ideal capacity is a couple and 2 kids. Casa do Lagar is one of the 3 villas of Quinta Velha das Amoreiras, an agricultural property located on the quiet outskirts of Vila Franca do Campo, in the center of São Miguel Island. Casa do Lagar is an entire house inside our farm. It has one double bedroom and two single beds on the mezzanine above the living room. A car is required.

House with Suspended Living Room

Our Retreat is a rural nineteenth-century house, restored with the desire to conserve the time of construction characteristics. Not only did we keep the main structure of the house, but also the fire oven and the respective chimney, the mill of wine production and the basalt stone floor . And, to finalize we added a suspended living room - literally a glass cube.
