I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This home was everything I needed and wanted! The decor was PHENOMENAL and the ambiance was SO RELAXING AND COMFY. I had two toddlers so the clean pool, backyard, and roomy house kept my little ones occupied. Careliz responded within 5-10 minutes with any suggestions and questions I had, super attentive and sweet! The power went out in the island and she expressed her apologies and continued to check in on us! Everything was close by to the house and easy to get to. I can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend a stay at Hacienda we Azucena! From the moment we stepped onto the property we felt like we were transported into our own private, tropical paradise! It was like having a resort all to ourselves! The home was very well maintained, and the grounds absolutely pristine. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and hot tub, as well as star gazing each night. As soon as the sun would go down, the rainforest came alive and we were immersed in all the wonderful sounds of nature. There were a couple hiccups during our stay, which is to be expected, since it is a home in the middle of the rainforest, but Carmen and Jamie were immediately responsive, and had the issues taken care of very quickly! I cannot recommend this property enough, and when my family returns to Puerto Rico, we will definitely be trying to stay here once again! If you’re heading to Puerto Rico, look no further because this is the place you want to stay!

This place was actually very comforting. There was a lot of construction noises and animal noises on the street which was the only downfall. The home was nice and clean with street parking. Overall it was mostly relaxing. There were no tv's in the rooms, just one communal television in the common living room with minimal seating unless you sat on the one sofa AND at the dining room table. I did wish that each bedroom had its own TV to avoid having to all use one TV. Other than that I would revisit this location in the future. And the host was amazing 👏🏽

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Erin’s place is a perfect spot. Gorgeous layout inside and views of Ponce de Leon’s former house right outside. The bed was very comfortable and everything was as described. Erin himself is very responsive, helpful and kind.

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

My friends and I came here for spring break, we were a group of 10 and the Airbnb was a comfortable stay. Brian was very helpful and anytime we needed something, he would immediately respond. It was a short walk to the beach (a great spot to watch sunrise) and was also next to many grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

The home was beautiful it is a great place for family and friends. Tons of things to do in the house- The rooms are large and roomy. The pictures are accurate. We had a great time.

Luis and Miguelina are amazing hosts! Our flight got in early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage. Plus the 7 min ride to the airport at 5:00am was nice! My family and I enjoyed our stay. We felt safe and loved that we could park our rental in the garage. Not to mention the sitting area inside the garage was a nice touch. Cold AC and enjoyed the fact that there was no clutter in the house. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of cookware.

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Erick was great! The place was awesome and I’d definitely stay here again! It’s close to the beach and the space was exactly what we needed - it’s looks like the pictures and I highly recommend staying here - we’re planning to busy San Juan again and I’ll be staying with Erick for sure!
