We had a great stay and loved the location. Everything was clean and the house is beautifully decorated and maintained. The only cons we had were that there are only 6 people allowed at the home at all times which was not clear before booking so we were not able to have guests during the day as we had planned. There is damage at the end of the second pier and the lights for that one don’t work either so night fishing further out was not possible. Other than those two things, the house is wonderful and Jenny was great at providing local information and things to do. The beds were comfortable and we loved that every room has its own bathroom!! The balcony off the Master is fantastic and was a great place for a peaceful cup of coffee in the morning and a nice glass of wine in the evening! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect spot for a fishing trip on San Antonio Bay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Super quiet and friendly neighborhood. Easy stay, which was what I needed.

We absolutely loved staying at this unique home! Every single bed was incredibly comfortable, and we adored the charming character of each room. Donna has thoughtfully provided everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and it was so much fun exploring the different items and googling their uses. Just a friendly heads-up, this is an older home, so if you're not understanding and appreciative of its charm, it might not be the right fit for you. However, Donna is upfront about this in her description, and despite its age, the house is absolutely beautiful. Our family had an amazing time and felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. Donna was incredibly accommodating, and we would love to come back if she'll have us!

We enjoyed our spring break getaway at Gracie's! It's a beautiful place with great views and most of all, it's very quiet and peaceful. The home had everything we needed, including some board games for game night. The neighborhood is family-friendly and only a few minutes from town. There's a gas station around the corner if you need any last-minute things. Great host and I will definitely rent again for our next Rock Port vacation. Thanks Gracie!

The RV I rented (in the picture) wasn't available but Derick brought in another RV and parked it right in front of the bay (as shown in his other listing). The location upgrade was fantastic and I really appreciated Derick's efforts to accommodate my stay. The RV was once again spotless and comfortable. A/C and heat worked great. Easy to find and so very peaceful and quiet there. Highly recommend a stay with Derick!

Ashley was very helpful and responsive when we had a couple of questions about the house.

We really enjoyed our stay. Planning on another visit when the weather is a bit better to allow us to enjoy more of the outdoors. Loved the Yeti collection!!!

GREAT QUIET LOCATION, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Swimming, beaches, restaurants, and beautiful scenery only minutes away! Chad was super quick to respond to any questions! My son and I went, and had a blast! Zero Complaints! Will definitely stay again!!! 🙌🙌🙌
