Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Mount St City Studio - Unique pad with great Wi-Fi

Overlooking Perth city with glimpses of the Swan River & a stones throw to Kings Park. The studio has been lovingly restored - a cosy, unique & modern space. The studio is fresh & clean with a lift to get you to the top floor. Built in the 60's the outside is a bit worn & has some quirks. The property is located next to the freeway and has double glazing installed to mitigate noise. Parking is free, but there is not a dedicated space. There is street parking (free overnight & paid during day).

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
