El dpto es excelente, muy cómodo, moderno y con todo lo necesario para pasar una linda estadía. Eduardo es un excelente anfitrión. la zona es muy tranquila e iluminada. Super recomendable.

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el departamento, y realmente nos vamos muy satisfechos por todo. Departamento impecable y anfitrión muy cordial y resolutivo ante cualquier inquietud.

El departamento es tal cual las fotos, grande, hermoso balcón. Para usar parrilla/quincho hay que reservar con 7 días de anticipación. Consultamos la posibilidad de hacer el check out un poco más tarde y no hubo ningún inconveniente.

O apartamento do Adrian está muito bem localizado, apesar de estar em uma avenida movimentada, não se escuta nenhum barulho no apartamento. O apartamento tem bom tamanho e bem equipado para 2 pessoas. Muitos bares e restaurantes perto. Recomendável !

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

Great location!! love the place. However, you do have to be careful with the stairs, up to the apartment is very narrow and the one inside has no railings. it's a great place but a little hard for an elderly person who's a bit weak with stairs. Excelente apartamento. Hugo siempre está atento a cualquier necesidad. Está completamente equipado y cuenta con una ubicación privilegiada, cerca de parques y transporte.

Perfectly located in the center of Palermo. There are many nice cafe and restaurants nearby, yet it is very quiet in the room. The room is very clean and spacious. I stayed there for 6 nights and really comfortable.

El departamento esta en excelente estado, tal cual como lo muestran en las fotos, esta impecable, la atencion de Leandro de 10. Nos recibio a la hora que acordamos y nos mostro el departamento y todo el complejo. Recomendado 100%

The apartment is great! The location is perfect. The bed is very comfortable with a great shower. Entering is a bit troublesome with so many codes for the different doors but we managed to get it. Recommended!

This is a perfect spot to explore Palermo. Loads of restaurants, shops, and bars on your doorstep. Plaza Serrano and Armenia within 10-15 minute walks. We did not use public transport, as Uber is cheap and readily available. La Boca, San Telmo, Plaza de Mayo, Recoleta all within a 20 minute drive. The place is modern, spacious, and well equipped. The outside area with jacuzzi is a lovely spot to relax after a day of sightseeing, listening to the sounds of the city. Nido was very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The front desk was always occupied by friendly and helpful staff.

O apartamento é aconchegante e estava limpo. É simples, mas tinha tudo que eu precisei. A anfitriã Florencia foi flexível e atenciosa para ajudar na chegada e na estadia da melhor forma. A estrutura do prédio tem pouco isolamento acústico, então você vai ouvir barulho dos vizinhos. O apartamento é ideal para quem quer ficar perto de tudo no centro por um preço acessível em uma estadia confortável.

I planned to stay for one month and ended up staying for six. The apartment isn't cramped for a studio. It gets a ton of natural light, and the sun hits the balcony directly in the morning in a way that's just perfect. There's strong, reliable internet for taking video calls if you're working remotely. Villa Crespo is my favorite neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Everything you need is here, and the people, bars, restaurants are much better than the touristy Palermo(s) if you prefer a more laid back vibe. The apartment is 20 minutes to beautiful Parque Centenario and close to Parque Los Andes as well. Easy to walk up into Palermo, Chacarita, etc. when you need to. Great connection to many bus routes and the metro B-line. Multiple gyms + grocery stores within a few blocks. Anto herself is the best AirBnB host ever. Super responsive to anything I needed like fixing the calefon (hot water) or rescuing me when I locked myself out once. I feel extremely blessed to have stayed here!

Todo genial en el depto de Paula! Me pareció super cómodo, tenía todo lo que necesitaba y Paula siempre estuvo super atenta. Viajé sola y me sentí muy segura en los alrededores. Muchas gracias Paula hasta la próxima! :)

Ótimo espaço, perto de tudo, ou se não, tem vários pontos de ônibus bem próximos. Tudo limpo e muito cheiroso. Adorei!!

El departamento es exactamente a lo que se muestra en las fotos. Súper cómodo y accesible a diversos transportes públicos. Axel y Leo se portaron de 10! Fueron muy predispuestos con nuestros horarios y nos dieron indicaciones para llegar a donde teníamos que ir. Excelente experiencia, súper recomendable 😁

Recomendo muito o espaço da Victoria para quem vem a Buenos Aires e busca um lugar confortável, bem localizado e seguro. O estúdio tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia curta ou longa. Nos arredores do prédio, há uma linda praça, vários restaurantes, lojas e fácil acesso ao metrô e a pontos de ônibus. A Victoria é uma ótima anfitriã, flexibilizou meu check-in e check-out e sempre respondeu muito rápido. Obrigada!
