Stunning apartment and view. Location was great as it was walkable distance to all things in the CBD. Loved the little kiwi snacks provided as a welcoming gift and really appreciated the detailed folder of how to’s/instructions for things within the apartment, detailed restaurant recommendations with pictures included and things to do in Auckland. Roz and Nick were also very friendly with all communications and were quick with responding to any questions/queries asked as well. Overall had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend to friends and family. Can’t wait to stay here again. 😊

Great accommodation that truly feels like home because everything you need is there (from tennis rackets to towels and bedding to kitchen equipment and much more). The view of the skyline from the balcony is amazing for sunsets. Mike gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. All the nice neighborhoods are within easy walking distance; we left the car conveniently in the parking garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Ich kann das schöne Apartment von Lola zu 100% empfehlen. Der Ausblick war wirklich ein Highlight und die Lage der Wohnung fantastisch. Ich konnte in nur wenigen Gehminuten den Sky Tower und den Hafen erreichen und in der umliegenden Gegend gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das gesamte Gebäude ist total sauber und es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool und Gym. Ich würde definitiv jederzeit wiederkommen und Lola war durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank 🙏🏻

Iain’s place was the perfect base camp for a first time visit to Auckland! The location was extremely walkable with Sky Tower being a couple of blocks away and only a 10 minute walk to the ferries/harbor. The apartment itself was clean from top to bottom. The high ceilings and natural light made the space feel open and comfortable. The washer + dryer were super convenient to keep things clean after day tours or beach time. Although I didn’t use the kitchen extensively, it had everything you would need for self sufficient meal prep. There are so many incredible restaurants within walking distance so you can’t go wrong. Small note - if you are visiting during a NZ holiday be aware that the place you pick your access card up from could be closed depending on when your flight lands. I made it there about 15 minutes before they planned on closing (would check with host on this prior to arrival). I highly recommend this place and would stay again on a return trip to Auckland. A beautiful stylish residence, super comfortable and clean with a range of lovely provisions provided. It made for a relaxing time away whilst being really accessible and close to restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and transport options including the ferries. Michael was a fantastic host and really responsive to any questions or queries. Would definitely consider staying at Hamptons Residence when we return to Auckland.

We had a fantastic stay at this waterfront apartment in Auckland! The location was absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views of the harbour, and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout. They were responsive, friendly, and provided great local tips. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Auckland—perfect for a relaxing getaway or a base to explore the city. Also, Bivacco is a must-try restaurant—delicious food and an amazing atmosphere!

My sister and I had such an amazing stay at Shasha’s home. It had everything we needed, it was fully equipped and so close to everything, right in the city! The mornings and evenings were peaceful and it was exceptionally clean and tidy. Will definitely love to come again!

Stayed in 10 Airbnb locations in 14 days and this was the best experience we had- right location in the best area ; very well kept and clean home; clear instructions for checkin and even allowed a late checkout. We had a wonderful experience in Auckland- thanks to our place of stay!

We enjoyed Richards house for a week while spending time in Whangarparoa . It was perfect for us and affordable. We made fresh herb salads from the garden and loved the fresh honeycomb on vogel's toast in the morning. Fresh eggs and strawberries were a great bonus- Loved having all the doors open on a sunny day - a great beachy zen spot. Highly recommended . It's not 5 star swank... however it is down to earth comfortable and a much loved property with everything we needed. Beds very comfortable too.

This place is stunningly beautiful and we did not want to leave, it's one of 'those' places where you always try to stay an extra night because of how it makes you feel. It goes above and beyond the pics and description, some pics don't do it justice to be honest, and when we first arrived we could not believe our luck. So we ended up asking to stay an extra night and Steve was very accommodating and helpful and made it happen even though we gave him short notice. The view from the big stylish deck is breathtaking, the native birds and the faint sound of ocean below....there is something extremely special about this place that can't be put into words. That's not even taking into account the shared sauna, shared cabana, the huge projector for TV, the piano (so grateful to be able to play on a real piano again), foozeball, fairy lights, stylish decking. Didn't want to leave and its been incredibly inspiring to us, to see what someone can do with their land! You have to stay here!

Anja was such a great host and her place was really nice to stay. Her communication was always responsive and friendly and she really was a superb host. The house is really nice and just like in the photos, and we would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay on the shore.

Our family of four loved staying at Hayley's place. The location was terrific. It was in the city in a very safe neighborhood and easily walkable to shops, amenities, and a full size supermarket. The private parking was highly appreciated and made it easy to go for day trips and return without having to hunt for a space. The place was lovely, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate everything from preparing sandwiches to full meals. The multiple floors gave everyone privacy and provided lots of choices of sitting and lounging areas to spend time in. Another nice feature was that the place had several balconies facing opposite directions so that there was always somewhere shady to enjoy a coffee. The terrace on the first floor with the grill was ideal for morning coffee. Hayley's place would certainly be our first choice when we are in Auckland again.

Lovely host who was super accommodating with our dog and two boys (who took full advantage of the spa and musical instruments). Great location with easy walk to Oneroa and a stumble down the hill from Mudbrick. We would fully recommend Brigette's house if you are looking for a fun, creative, much loved home as an Airbnb stay.
