We really enjoyed our time in Viareggio and this apartment was perfect for us! We stayed with the baby and Giovanni and Francesca made sure that we have everything we need for the baby. We would stay again and I highly recommend this place!

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, dem Schlafzimmer und dem Esszimmer ist wunderschön. Der Garten ist sehr toll gestaltet und hat sogar einen Pingpongtisch. Es ist sehr ruhig und 5min vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und sehr wohlgefühlt, Iwona hat uns begrüsst und war sehr nett und sympathisch, wir kommen gerne wieder. Es war das sauberste Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Der Privatstrand ist einfach zu erreichen, jedoch darf man kein Sandstrand erwarten und leider war die Treppe im April wegmontiert, sodass man nicht baden konnte.

Elisa ist super nett und bemüht sich sehr, dass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Sie hat uns coole Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar und hat weitergeholfen. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft mit viel Platz, die jede Menge Ausflugsziele bietet. Danke Elisa!

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Toller Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist perfekt – alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

Ein wunderschön und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Apartment! Eines der Besten! Sehr bequemes Sofa und bequemes Bett. Sehr guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche. In der Küche alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zu Simone war sehr herzlich, wir haben viele Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen in der Gegend bekommen. Simone war leicht erreichbar, freundlich und diskret, der perfekte Gastgeber! Die Lage ist in einem Gewerbegebiet, sehr ruhig, mit dem Auto 5 Minuten nach Viscopisano.

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

Mauro's place is amazing. It is very clean, conveniently located near the airport and the train station, and it's within walking distance to the town. We stayed here to visit Pisa, Cinque Terre, and Florence. I highly recommend it! Mauro provided easy instruction to get into house and he was very flexible with check-in and check-out out

Stayed in 3 places in a week. This one was the best. Cozy, warm, private yard with parking spot, feels safe. Great location, not so far away from sea and Pisa center. Everything clean. Michele was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Het ziet er nog mooier uit dan op de foto's, met name savonds echt prachtig met de sfeervolle verlichting en het zwembad de mooie bloemen en het groene gras. Overdag kijk je hier ook op uit en beneden zie je dan het paard, pony, ezel en geit samen rond lopen in de wei. Diverse plaatsen om lekker te zitten of te eten, ieder heeft eigen meubelset met parasol bij het zwembad. De familie onderhoud alles perfect en zijn altijd vriendelijk en als er wat is behulpzaam. Er is zelfs een tafeltennis en voetbaltafel aanwezig. We zullen nog lang met plezier op ons verblijf terugkijken en wie weet komen we nog eens terug.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Das Apartment war perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die grosszügige Terrasse mit ausreichend Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen sowie der wunderbar warme Whirlpool waren echte Highlights! Das Bett war äusserst bequem und die Küche ausreichend für unsere Bedürfnisse ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war der Verkehrslärm – aber das ist zu erwarten, wenn man so stadtnah wohnt: wenige Gehminuten von der Stadtmauer und der Altstadt entfernt. Top Lage, wir können es sehr empfehlen!

Pani Emanuela zapewniła nam ekspresowe zameldowanie w bardzo czystym apartamencie. Miejsce jest ogromne i piękne. Otoczenie przed domem i widoki są prześliczne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, wygodne łóżka. Sama właścicielka jest przesympatyczna, szybko odpisywała na wiadomości. Jedynie w opisie nie było zawarte , że 1 godzina jest tylko darmowa ,a resztę już płatne, dopiero później po zakupie w regulaminie było napisane ze trzeba zapłacić. Ale wszystko nam się jak najbardziej podobało. Z przyjemnością wrócimy:)

A Wonderful Place to Stay….Comfortably Decorated, Impeccably Clean, Spacious, Well Designed, and a five minute walk to the Train Station. Lorenzo and Valentina will arrange for a free parking space almost right in front of the place, which is “Golden”! My Husband and I enjoyed walking during our four day visit and never used our rental car! Lorenzo and Valentina were Awesome Hosts…..Proactive, Thoughtful, and Attentive. They have everything You will need at Your Fingertips. Thanks for Hosting us….still Dreaming of those Great Walks to the Waterfront!
