Annalisas Airbnb war eines der besten Unterkünfte, in denen wir waren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüsst, als ob man zu einer Freundin kommt. Sie hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern: sehr ruhig gelegen, mit einem schönen Garten. Es ist gross und mit vielen schönen Details ausgestattet, sehr persönlich eingerichtet. Zudem ist es sehr sauber. Herzlichen Dank an Annalisa für die Gastfreundschaft und die Geschenke. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Elvio ist mehr als ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat und sehr sehr viele Insider tips gegeben.Ohne Ihn hätten wir manche Locations und Ausflugsziele nicht machen können. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann zb auch seine Fahrräder nutzen, um morgens ca 8 min zu einem tollen Bäcker zu fahren. Der Pool der Anlage ist ca 50m vom Haus entfernt und sehr sauber. Im Haus selbst sind auch Dinge wie Federball, Bocchia und andere Spiele. Der Garten und das Haus sind in einem traumhaften Anwesen gelegen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort. Auch der Aussengrill läd für ein tolles Essen ein. Im Garten ist zudem auch eine Aussendusche für besonders heiße Tage. Wir empfehlen das Haus und Elvio als Gastgeber wärmstens weiter und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal bei Ihm. Man erreicht Bardolino in ca 5 min mit dem Auto - auch für andere Ausflüge ist die Lage klasse. 5 Sterne hierfür

Sara hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, unseren Aufenthalt bei ihr bestmöglich zu begleiten. Man bekommt eine sehr gute Beschreibung zur Unterkunft (mit Video) und viele Tipps und Hinweise aus der Umgebung an die Hand gegeben. Wir konnten deutlich früher als angegeben, weil niemand vor uns dort war, in die Unterkunft und mussten dafür keine Zusatzgebühr bezahlen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher konnten wir gegen eine Zusatzgebühr von zehn Euro pro Person leihen. Die Küche verfügt über alle Utensilien, die man für einen Aufenthalt dort benötigt. Lediglich ein Korkenzieher und ein Toaster hatten uns gefehlt. Als Kaffeemaschinen findet man dort nur Maschinen von Bialetti und keine Pad-Maschinen oder Maschinen für Filterkaffee. Die Mülltrennung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, weil man keine Essensreste in den Restmüll werfen darf. Die Heizung mussten wir regelmäßig wieder hoch drehen, weil sie sich automatisch runter geregelt hat. Es sind Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden.

Eravamo un gruppo di 12 amici e siamo stati benissimo. Casa comoda, spaziosa, pulita ed ordinata. Inoltre, la zona è tranquilla e la vista stupenda. Abbiamo passato gran parte del tempo sull'ampio terrazzo. Maurizio ed Elena sono stati sempre disponibili e cordiali, fornendoci sempre istruzioni utili e soluzioni alle nostre richieste. Menzione d'onore anche anche per la vicina Cristina, che ha gentilmente fatto le veci dei padroni di casa. Nel complesso, piacevolissima esperienza, che speriamo di poter ripetere a breve.

What can I say, absolutely lost for words. An absolutely stunning, gorgeous place nestled in the mountains. The view is breathtaking. The mountain air in the morning and evening fill up the villa. Beautiful is an understatement. The villa is absolutely wonderful, to sit outside and have dinner with the view of the mountains and lake was such a fantastic experience one that will always be remembered. What really also made the experience memorable for me was the wonderful community of Muslone. The friendly locals are so warm and kind, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. Enzo you were amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us. When we come back and stay again, it will now feel like visiting a second home.

I stayed at Rita and Augusto's place with my family in September. The house was fantastic, it was so well equipped and had everything we needed. The accommodation is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Rita was a great host, always responding super quickly to messages and accommodated our late arrival to the villa. The house is in a great location, very close to the local shops, restaurants and within walking distance from the lake. We would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Dear Elisa e Fabio, thank you very much for your hospitality. Your apartment that you rented to us was lovely to come back to. We were a family of 9 adults, 2 infants and one baby. There was more than enough space for everyone. the room downstairs had a great selection of toys to keep the little ones entertained. Everything that we needed was there with plenty of crockery etc in the kitchen. Loved the pool with plenty loungers and outdoor seating. Great location for exploring the lake, although we did have a car for longer journeys. Novella was a great host, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, even confirming a spa booking for us when our phones wouldn’t work! Would highly recommend this property and ordering a pre prepared meal from Chef Manuel for arrival in the evening was a most welcome and delicious start to our holiday.

Pros: Lovely garden and a nice pool. Helpful host. Quiet and good beds and linens to sleep in. Big bedrooms and good toilet facilities. Cons: Nothing big nor things the host could affect. In short, a lovely old Italian countryside home with fabulous garden, nice pool and a fabulous host. Would recommend any time.

What a stunning villa. Gorgeous views of vineyards and Lake Garda. Well stocked kitchen. AC worked very well and excellent black out shades. Huge common area and dining table. Lovely outdoor seating. Host was very responsive and helpful. Loved it!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hervorragend ausgestattet, blitzsauber, genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Vom Garten und vom Pool aus hört man die stark befahrene Umgehungsstraße, die in 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu mehreren Supermärkten und in 15 Minuten zur Uferpromenade von Salò mit vielen schönen Geschäften und Restaurants führt. Wir haben hier zu fünft mit unserem Hund eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und Corrado war äußerst hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Super schöne Villa, sauberer Pool, schöne Terrasse, geniales Dampfbad, guter Zugang zum See, sehr schöne Aussicht, ruhige Gegend. Trotz dem schlechten Wetter ⛈️🌦️ konnten wir in dieser tollen Villa schöne Ferien geniessen 😃

It was one the nicest places I have stayed at. The Vila is extremely clean and the design and decors are outstanding! Not to mention the spectacular views. Everything been extremely pleasing and the hosts been absolutely amazing! We cannot wait to back and highly highly recommend it!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in der Villa am Gardasee! Die Unterkunft ist ideal für größere Gruppen – wir waren mit 16 Personen dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom tollen Pool, der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das teils instabile WLAN, aber das hat unseren Urlaub kaum beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pasamos unas inolvidables vacaciones familiares, hay todo lo necesario para que no haga falta salir de casa o puedes ir a recorrer Salò también, que es un pueblo hermoso. El lugar estaba impecable y limpio a la llegada y todo funcionaba bien. La zona del jardín y piscina es espectacular y la vista al lago nos encantó. Las camas y sofás de la sala podrían ser más cómodos. Y la ropa de cama también podría mejorar con algo más cómodo/nuevo. Gracias por todo, repetiría feliz esta casa.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la villa di Sylviane per un weekend. Alloggio bellissimo, camere spaziose e arredate con cura, salotto e cucina ampi, bellissima veranda, giardino grande e molto piacevole. Fantastica piscina. Sylviane è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Location perfetta per chi cerca un posto tranquillo ma molto curato nei dintorni di Verona/Mantova/Lago di Garda. Torneremo sicuramente!

I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful home in Verona. Guendalina was an amazing host, sent very clear and detailed instructions how to find the home, greeted us upon arrival to make sure we had everything needed, was incredibly friendly and helpful the entire trip. The property is breathtaking and perfect for a romantic getaway but close enough to many amazing things to do. Make sure you buy some olive oil from the hosts that they make themselves! It’s phenomenal. Everything about our stay far exceeded expectations. We are already planning a trip back!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war toll. Tatsächlich ist es mir hier das erste Mal passiert, dass die Bilder der Aussicht im Inserat der eigentlichen Aussicht nicht gerecht wurden. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich phänomenal, man blickt über das gesamte südliche Ende des Gardasees! Das Haus an sich war sehr ordentlich und hat unseren Ansprüchen voll und ganz genügt. Das einzige was man auf den Bildern nicht so gut erkennt, ist, dass das Haus der Besitzer tatsächlich relativ nah neben dem AirBnB liegt. Man befindet sich also wenn man draußen unterwegs ist zumeist in Sicht- / Hörweite der Besitzer. Da die Besitzer super freundlich und entspannt waren, gab das bei uns keinerlei Probleme, ist aber vielleicht trotzdem gut zu wissen.

We had an amazing stay and did not want to leave. We stayed as a family, 2 adults and 3 teens. The villa is stunning and location is absolutely perfect. It’s just a few minutes walk into the town, close to restaurants and shops yet directly on the lake. The views are jaw droppingly beautiful. The house has lots of antique furniture so you need to adapt to seeing signs around the place asking you to be careful with certain pieces but that didn’t bother us at all. The kids swam in the pool and the lake, we rode the bikes (available for use) around the lake. There is a ferry drop off/collection point just a few metres from the villa and we very easily took the ferry over to Limone (highly recommend). We loved Malcesine itself. Beautiful restaurants, bars, shops. And it felt a little less busy than some of the other towns on the lake which made it perfect for our stay. Sofia was very thoughtful, even having Easter eggs ready for the kids on our arrival. We will definitely be back!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carlo et Barbara. La maison était propre et rangée. Tout était conforme à la description. C’est très agréable d’arriver et de voir qu’un nécessaire de base est à notre disposition (huile d’olive, sel etc..). Barbara a été une hôte exceptionnelle, toujours réactive à nos moindres désirs, questions. Le lieu est magnifique, je ne peux que recommander ce logement qui convient aussi aux enfants !

Ubicación muy cómoda para llegar en poco tiempo a Desenzano y Sirmione, aún estando alejados de ellos y por lo tanto muy tranquilos, en un entorno silencioso en medio de la naturaleza. En poco más de media hora de coche hemos llegado a Verona y Brescia, las dos ciudades mas cercanas, que vale la pena visitar. Éramos 3 familias, por lo cual era indispensable tener 3 baños completos. En total con los niños 11 personas, pero la casa es grande y no hemos echado de menos más privacidad. Ha valido la pena

Wir waren 2 Paare, 2 junge Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und ein Hund. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und war ausreichend groß für uns alle. Alles ist sehr sauber, modern und neuwertig. Der überaus großzügige Außenbereich bietet eine sehr große Terrasse, einen großen gepflegten Pool und einen Liegebereich. Wir hatten Glück und die 2. Haushälfte war nicht vermietet, so hatten wir alles für uns. Aber selbst wenn nebenan vermietet ist, ist alles sehr abgetrennt voneinander, und jedes Haus hat seine Privatsphäre, auch die Terrassen. Man teilt also nur den Poolbereich, der aber wirklich groß genug ist, und die Parkplätze. Hier ist Platz für 2 Autos, man muss aber ein wenig rangieren können. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen!
