Ocean front home ONLY 60 FEET TO BEACH, (any closer you're wet), 15 minutes from Port Canaveral, 5 minutes from Ron Jon's Surf Shop and 45 minutes to the Orlando airport. Once you arrive plan an adventure or don't leave at all. With a master bedroom(king) & bath, 2 guest bedrooms (1 queen, 1 twin) & bath and 1 convertible Murphy bed. There is room for a family or a small group of friends. The kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare delicious meals while interacting with family and the ocean view. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking necessities and stainless steel appliances. For extended stays the washer and dryer will be accessible to our guests. When you arrive expect a clean and inviting space. We are excited to learn what interests you in the area and provide information or inside scoop possible. We certainly suggest walking north up the beach to Coconut's for some live music and seafood. There are many other quality restaurants in the area depending on your tastes. We are happy to make suggestions. Our family has owned and vacationed in this home for 60 years and seen 4 generations. The wood paneled walls and ceilings are original from 1949. It is often said in fun, "if these walls could talk, no , really!". We all consider it home away from home and are thrilled to share just that feeling with our guests. Some guests include the very first Astronauts as depicted in the movie "The Right Stuff".

This is a beautiful ocean side beach house that is right on the beach. You literally open the door & walk to the beach that is steps away. The home is a duplex with two sides. One side is a long term rental and the other is available here for short term rentals. The sides are completely independent with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms each, a full kitchen with microwave, oven, and fridge. There are panoramic views of the ocean from the living areas and 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Electronic keypad locks.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath exclusive beach house is one mile south of Johns Island. It is located on a private (not gated), quiet, upscale street and is one house West of the charming beach path. You can hear the ocean while relaxing in the screened patio while sitting at the firepit table. It is conveniently located several houses down from the Unique Village Shops, delicious Citron Bistro, and gourmet market, all in a quick stroll before or after the beach. Dogs OK on approval! 14-90 day stays.
