Alloggio confortevole, pulito e curato in ogni dettaglio. Facilmente raggiungibile e in ottima posizione per visitare Siena. Host molto gentile, è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

I can only recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a cosy and comfortable stay. The apartment is very nice and has everything you could need. Elisa was very kind and helpful and always answered my messages very quick. The place is very quiet and nice and you can get to the center super easy by bus. I would come back any time.

Magnifique appartement très bien rénové et équipé haut de gamme. Terrasse très agréable, joilie vue. Le village est très sympa, vivant. Très bons commerces aux alentours. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Très bon point de base pour visiter la région

Gran bel agriturismo su delle colline meravigliose. Fuori mano quanto basta per godersi la tranquillità della campagna. Per accedere c'è una salita di facile sterrato. Nonostante la dimensione contenuta dei paesi c'è abbastanza vita la sera e grazie ai consigli dell'host abbiamo conosciuto un locale veramente simpatico.

L' alloggio si trova all'interno di un complesso residenziale nella località di Santa Barbara: Vincenzo offre un parcheggio auto all'interno del viale condominiale. L'alloggio è molto carino e dotato di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario all'interno del loft. Vincenzo è molto disponibile e cordiale: assolutamente consigliato

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

What a beautiful place! We were attending a wedding just down the road and wanted somewhere that was close, meant we could cook for ourselves and wasn’t too expensive. Agriturismo was perfect - there was plenty of parking, the apartment itself was spotless and exactly as described, super comfy beds and the view of the pool was amazing. We’re considering coming back for a family holiday!

What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

Alloggio assolutamente perfetto! Posizione ottimale per chi vuole godersi i suoni rilassanti della campagna a due passi da Siena…una chicca l’amaca tra i due alberi!parcheggio dedicato di fronte a casa, e Anna decisamente disponibile e raggiungibile in caso di necessità! 4giorni di riposo per noi e i nostri due cani! Consigliamo vivamente!!

Che dire....ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Host davvero cordiali e simpatici, capaci di farti sentire parte della famiglia. Location rilassante ed immersa nella completa tranquillità nonostante sia a soli 5 minuti dal "caos" del paese. Umbertide poi è in una posizione abbastanza strategica per riuscire a raggiungere facilmente posti bellissimi come Gubbio, Spello, Lago Trasimeno, Assisi, Perugia e molto altro. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto, molto buono....il ristorante della location poi è davvero qualcosa di speciale, materia prima di qualità e sapori unici. Abbiamo passato una vacanza davvero bellissima....complimenti davvero a Stefania e Michele, continuate così 😊💪🏼

Wir haben 5 Nächte bei Nicola verbracht und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der man sich direkt zuhause fühlt und alles findet was man braucht. Sehr weitläufiges gepflegtes Grundstück mit schönem Ausblick von der eigenen Terrasse. Der kleine Bach in der Nähe ist wunderschön und wir sind dort baden gegangen. Zusätzlich dazu ist Nicola wirklich sehr nett und die beiden Katzen haben immer Lust zu schmusen ;)

Andrea's place was perfect for our short two night stay in the Niccone Valley, or fav area in Umbria. We were there in cooler weather and the floor heating took a bit to come on but once it did we were comfortable. I think it would be a great place in the warmer weather as the pool looked wonderful. The Niccone Valley is somewhat remote but with the location of this property you had the best of both worlds quick access to Umbertide and yet embedded in the valley. Would love to return in the warmer weather. Thank you Andrea!

L’alloggio di Caterina è un vero gioiellino, io l’ho scelto per necessità lavorative e mi sono trovato veramente bene. Pulito ,ordinato, dotato di tutti i confort necessari. É servito molto bene dagli autobus che ti collegano con il centro, ha vicino molti supermercati bar e ottime pasticcerie. Veramente ottima esperienza!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Tommaso. Idéalement situé, au calme et empli de chants d'oiseaux, ce logement est parfait pour parcourir, à pied ou en voiture, les alentours. Nous avons compris pourquoi Tommaso est un super hôte : disponible et chaleureux, il nous a indiqué de superbes lieux de balade et des villes incontournables, et comme nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout visiter, nous devrons revenir ! Ça tombe bien, nous avons quitté le logement avec beaucoup de regrets. La prochaine fois, nous resterons plus longtemps. Merci encore Tommaso pour ce sejour inoubliable !

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, le centre historique est accessible en bus ou à pieds. Le logement est bien adapté à 9 voyageurs (le canapé-lit est confortable). Il manque cependant le matériel d'entretien (balai, seau). L'hôte est très disponible et réactif.

Appartamento accogliente, tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno e giardinetto perfetto per il nostro cane 🐕 😊

Per motivi personali è la seconda volta che ho il piacere di trascorrere qualche notte nell'appartamento di Alessandro e Sara. Come in passato mi sono trovata benissimo, posto accoliente, molto pulito e ben riscaldato. è stata anche aggiunta qualche comodità in più per il check in. Molto consigliato. Spero di tornare presto da loro.

We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you
