This is a great place to stay in Prescott. The cost is unbeatable. Theres plenty of room. The bed is comfortable. Nice amenities. Only one missing for me was a TV lol. The mini fridge was stocked with water as well as the coffee maker which was nice not to have to worry about. Cozy little place. Very quiet and peaceful at night.

Shad and Christy, Were responsive, helpful, and the placed was clean and matched the description. It was a nice place nearby a friends house that I was visiting that weekend. Would like to rent it again next visiting my friend and his family in Phoenix.

Wonderful private stay in a quiet residential area tucked away just a few blocks from the buzz of Uptown Sedona. Judith was extremely responsive and accommodating. I ended up extending my stay- twice- and had no issues communicating. I love how walkable and scenic the area is. Would definitely consider booking a future stay and recommend to others visiting Sedona- it made my first trip really easy and enjoyable!

We arrived at Debbie Jo and Randy's place very tired, and left refreshed after two nights. The space is well organized and has everything needed to cook, sit outside, or just rest. The neighborhood is both quiet and walkable, which our dogs appreciated. Debbie Jo and Randy were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay here again!

Sandy's place is exactly as described, the arrangement of the rooms with the living area (with the sofa bed) right off the main doorway felt a bit weird but did not create a concern. The location is excellent, private and while away from uptown Sedona it was extremely private and closer to Red Rock, Cottonwood, Jerome etc... There was a helpful manual on the area as well as more detailed instructions on check out which was not excessive and appreciated. The washer had loading limitations (1/2 load) which did create more loads for us the wash (A two week trip and places with washing machines was a criterion). There were also notes if the washer broke that the renter would be held responsible which did give us pause on on using the washing machine. Would I stay here again, yes, but I might have some pause if laundry is needed.

This is a GREAT place! Really well put together, and in a great neighborhood. We stayed for Spring Training, and the place was very close to everything we wanted. Would definitely stay again!

My girlfriend and I enjoyed staying at this nice and cozy guest house. It was conveniently located close to the chapel and the shuttle pick-up that loops back into the Cathedral Rock trailhead which is across the way. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again if Allison would have us on our next visit to Sedona.

This was the perfect spot for my short stay in Cottonwood. Close to many amenities. Super clean and comfortable. Host is very attentive and answered all of my questions!

I booked sofia’s place for my employees that are working on a commercial project in Payson. My employees were so happy when they checked in. Place was clean, had great hot showers and very comfortable. Plus, they were welcomed to the residence with a plate of fresh baked cookies. They have begged me to continue to book this location for future work in Payson. Prices were great and definately worth it for the comfort offered for my employees. Host very communicative & responsive. Easy check in & out.

My husband and I absolutely loved Brian’s place. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. We loved walking to Indian Gardens for breakfast-delicious food in a beautiful garden setting! Pete’s coffee and tea were provided which we appreciated as well as some snacks. There is a wonderful selection of books too. My only complaint is the noise that we could hear below us. We heard talking and kids running around when we wanted to go to sleep. Other than the noise at night things were perfect and we’d love to come stay again in the future.

Patricia's place was a nice and cozy little studio in the hills of Prescott, AZ. Beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the area. There were enough amenities to fit my needs and the heater worked great! Patricia also helped me retrieve my belongings by shipping them to the town that I live in, for I had left my suitcase in her driveway on the way out and didn't realize until I returned home. Truly awesome of her! Also, I was a but confused on how to unlock the entry door, but her husband hekped me get inside (forgot his name). Excellent hosts! I would recommend to anyone coming in this area. Very affordable and perfect for couples or singles!

Patricia’s place was great! We were able to access amazing trails right from the house and only 10-15 minutes from town. It was so relaxing to wake up and sit in the backyard watching the birds.

We chose the PERFECT PLACE to stay in Sedona! Kimall and Trea have created paradise. Quiet neighborhood, separate entrance, many pathways leading to comfy chairs and spectacular views! Kimall's garden paths outside art and Trea's colorful inside art make for a magical stay in the red rocks of Sedona! Birds and chipmunks abound! Green tailed towhee added to my life list! Brush up against rosemary plants along the path and the scent fills the air! I enjoyed pulling a few Worlds of Good Fortune cards from the bowl in the bedroom everyday. Gorgeous artwork on each...a poem...a question... Even better...they are available for purchase..great for gifting and for self. Bring your tea to the porch swing in the morning...stunning view and singing birds...

Excellent location with lovely fenced in yard for dogs. Many nearby trails and walking distance to park. Centrally located to all the best activities!

This place never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and would definitely return. The casita offers many extras including a welcome basket filled with snacks and waters. There are condiments, cooking/storage supplies, shampoo/conditioner and lots of other thoughtful toiletries. The king size bed is very comfortable. The location is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs just steps from the door. We would highly recommend!

Great stay, location and setup is nice. We were in town for a work project and this was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings before hitting it again the next day. Already booked for two more weeks soon!

My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Tim's Casa de Luna suite. Amazing views, quiet neighborhood, close to tasty restaurants (we almost achieved "regular" status at the Coffee Pot Cafe for breakfast). It was so convenient to be able to walk to the Sugarloaf Trail from the suite. The private hot tub and grill were excellent amenities as well. Tim was the most gracious host, with tons of recommendations, helpful instructions, and super responsive. Would love to stay again!

Staying with David and Karen was like staying with a host family. They were helpful, friendly, generous, and communicative. But they also gave me lots of space and privacy. They were careful to be quiet in their house upstairs and proactively took care of the property and any problems (there were hardly any). I would definitely stay there again. The whole experience was very positive. Thank you!

Kelly’s place was perfect for our time in Phoenix! The location was great and it was easy to get in and out of her place. When we walked down the sidewalk to the door it felt like we were entering our own oasis; private and quiet. The apartment was just as pictured. It was clean and very well stocked. She is very thoughtful in welcome guests with supplies and a personal note. This one of the best AirBnB’s we have ever stayed in. Our only regret was that we didn’t find it earlier - we needed a place to stay for the second half of our time in Phoenix, but it was already booked! Next time we’ll book sooner with Kelly!
