Jerry's house is amazing and the backyard is incredible. He was attentive to our needs and quick to respond to my questions. There is a lot to do outside and a great pool table inside. The pool temperature was perfect for us. Spacious and very comfortable. Definitely would rent the house again if we come back to the area.

The house was great. Super clean and comfortable! We utilized all bedrooms and space. The lights in one of the bedrooms didn’t turn on but I’m sure they would have fixed it right away if we asked. We ended up putting the baby crib in there so we honestly didn’t need lights. We did not run out of any supplies and felt at home. I can’t think of any space I saw that was dirty or gross upon arrival. The neighborhood was decent but we didn’t see any other families or kids in that specific neighborhood or parks the entire time. It was nice stores and restaurants were so close. We would stay at the house again if we were to need a stay in Goodyear!

Melissa's property was amazing for our family getaway. The back yard offered our family everything we could want - a pool, large grassy area, trampoline! The storage container allowed flexibility for our group to be separate but close enough to spend quality time together. Melissa was very communicative throughout our stay and ensured we had everything we needed!

We loved this Airbnb! We went up for spring break and this house was perfect for our family. It had 3 full size bathrooms, two of which had giant showers and a great tub. The bedrooms were perfect, we loved the shuffle board, ping pong games, and the wrap around deck was excellent for relaxing and enjoying the view. This house is also in a nice quiet neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and local stores.

Penny's house was immaculate and well-equipped & furnished. We felt very comfortable and right at home. Neighborhood felt safe and secure, and location was perfect for what we needed (close to food and attractions, far enough from the hustle-and-bustle of the city). Wonderful stay and highly recommended!

Location was great. We were down for a baseball tournament at multiple fields and for spring training games and the house was about 20min from everywhere. Host was very responsive we needed supplies and he got it sent right to the house. The place had lots of space great for two Families to share.

Edgar’s house was beautiful! Entrance was super easy.. The pool area and the whole house was super clean! We love the setup from the living room to the family room and all the rooms! The kitchen was super modern and gorgeous! I love the way one room had a private bathroom that my daughter was able to use, the favorite area was the pool area of course !! But I would definitely recommend staying here and, we will definitely return here next time we visit Phoenix! FYI there is a beautiful Wildlife Park like 15mins away we recommend to visit!! Thank you again Edgar for being a great host and allowing us to experience your beautiful home!

Perfect place to relax and unwind. Anthony made sure we arrived and got into the house without any problems. He was very helpful when we had questions. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. we would definitely stay here again!

Had been a long drive from Minnesota. And it was nice to see everything already and clean and comfortable. We stayed an entire week and certainly never ran out of things to do. Relaxing evenings reading.

Amazing place to stay in downtown Phoenix. Very walkable and safe location. Super comfy and beautiful apartment, and instructions were all super clear and easy to follow.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described. Things were dated but clean and neat. Plenty of room for two people. The area felt very safe, it was quiet and there was a grocery store within walking distance. The location was central to everything we did with nearby easy on and off the 51. Rachel was a great host and checked on us. She provided clear checkin/ out instructions. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely perfect for our trip to Sedona. It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t have been better — we were within easy walking distance to great restaurants, shops, and all the charm Sedona has to offer. We had a great stay at Janet’s property. Her communications were always clear and timely. The condo was nice and roomy for the three of us (three adults). Having two bathrooms was a big plus. The location was perfect for us. There is a supermarket right across the street. Old Town Scottsdale is within easy walking distance (less than one mile). Scottsdale Fashion Square shopping mall and dining area are also about one mile away. Thanks for everything, Janet.

The place was extremely clean and organized and as described. The only thing is, our plane was delayed and ended up having to find the place in the dark. The GPS didn't direct us to the right location and then once we found the right address, there were many units with the same address. This is not fault at all of the host, but just something to be aware of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was great that each room had its own fan and tv - a definite plus for us. And the coffee machine will accept filter & grounds or K-cup. The host had both there for us as well. If you are looking to stay in the area, I highly recommend this listing.

Very much liked the close proximity to hikes. Accommodation totally fit our needs for the two nights, wish we could have stayed longer. Power went out for a while one evening, communication with host was prompt. We figured out the WiFi, but it was slightly different than the instructions posted at the condo.

It was clean, very well-appointed and beautifully decorated, and the lovely outdoor patio was a real bonus. The location was terrific too, as it was just two short blocks from the Scottsdale Fashion Mall with many great restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone.

Loved all of the towels!!! Lots of blankets…the fire department is nearby as we heard sirens a few times on the road outside of the window. I’m a light sleeper snd wished I had a portable fan to drown out noise but I used an app to help. Nice pool. Near grocery and great restaurants…our first time in VOC we usually stay in Uptown. Give yourself extra time to get to west end trailheads for traffic to get through roundabouts with the zipper merges!

Very cute place to stay. Loved that it had a covered parking space. The memory foam bed was nice. Glad there was a extension cord in the bedroom because there arent many plugs around but that is usually what happens in older places. I LOVED there was distilled water for ironing. The kitchen is well equipped. She was very quick to respond when I was having trouble opening the door.

Pictures and description exactly matched the condo. It was on the edge of Sedona proper in a very nice complex near a great small grocery store and coffee shop and bakery. I reached out to Laura upon getting to Sedona to see if we could check in a bit early and were able to do that (an hour early). Easy entry with a code to the door. Very clean condo. Enjoyed the space and ability to cook. Great TV(s) - easy to login in to. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the end of our hiking days. I would definitely recommend!

This condo has every amenity you could think of. It is nicely furnished , all the beds are very comfortable . We love that it has a heated pool and beautiful walking path around the lake with turtles and ducks and geese. The owners have been so responsive . This property is about 20 minutes to anywhere in the Phoenix andoutline areas. We loved our easy drive over to the Peoria sports complex to cheer on our Seattle Mariners. The check in and check out procedures are easy and explained perfectly. Looking forward to next year!
