Uncovered parking. Magazines (AZ Highways) and books on Arizona points of interest, hiking, fishing, skiing, climbing, etc. Five bikes (and helmets, locks, backpacks) available for use -- extensive bike trails in the area. Smoking is allowed outdoors away from common areas. Access to solar heated pool, hot tub, outdoor ramada/kitchen with BBQ and outdoor fireplace. Take advantage of bicycle trails with 5 bikes provided. Help yourself to citrus, herb garden and veggies! Trevor and Susan are very hospitable and will often invite you to participate in backyard gatherings - wood fired pizza in the outdoor ramada. However, mutual respect of privacy is appreciated - thanks! Centrally located - easy access to freeways, many golf courses, excellent restaurants, world class shopping -Kierland, Biltmore, Scottsdale Fashion Square. Close to all Scottsdale/Phoenix events: BARRET JACKSON and GOOD GUYS car shows, SPRING TRAINING! PHOENIX OPEN! ARABIAN HORSE SHOW! Casinos/shows/movie theaters/short drive to Fountain Hills/Mayo Clinic/Mayo Hospital. If you do not have a car...or would prefer not to drive...Uber is excellent! Five bicycles available for use - great bike path routes throughout Scottsdale. Many hiking trails to choose from - all close by. Bicycle paths - 5 bikes to use. Private access...gated side yard. Trevor is happy to share his extensive knowledge of Arizona. It is a quiet acreage neighborhood with desert wildlife, including quail and roadrunners, and is excellent for star gazing and bird watching. There is easy access to all Scottsdale sporting events, restaurants, shopping, casinos, and desert hiking. We use Uber and Lyft for valley travel convenience. Five bicycles on property for guest use. Scottsdale has excellent bike trails.

Sweet Acres Retreat

Welcome to our quaint apartment nestled in the wooded area of Sweet Acres in Gorgeous Prescott, Arizona. This tranquil setting is sure to be conducive to rest, and renewal. Although it's a short 5-7 minutes from Downtown, It is a great place to retreat for some time away from the bustle of city life. It is a perfect stop for those weary from travel days. Given that we are in the woods, cell phone reception in the area can be spotty. However, wifi is strong and can be used for social media calls.

There are many things to explore in Prescott and Nan’s Inn is a perfect spot to relax & unwind at the end of a busy day!

Chimney Rock Studio is located in West Sedona on a private street below Thunder Mountain, it is the largest red rock in Sedona.and a beautiful hike that you can walk to minutes up the street. You will be seeing the view of Chimney Rock while laying in bed enjoying a cup of coffee, it’s a very popular hike as well. Javelinas, deers and bobcats often come and visit and they are safe to be around. The studio is quiet comfortable and spacious with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
