Welcome to our cozy beach getaway in Ventnor, New Jersey! Located just steps away from the stunning Jersey Shore, our rental offers the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation, fun, and convenience. Ventnor offers a range of activities and attractions to suit every taste. Spend your days lounging on the sandy shores, swimming in the ocean, or taking a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk. And when you're ready for a break, there are plenty of local restaurants, cafes, and shops to explore.

Our refurbished home was built in 1945, a block from the bay & the Atlantic City skyline. We are conveniently located 7 miles from AC, Airport, Margate & Ventnor. This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!

All the comforts of home and walking distance to the boardwalk and beach! Kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. Games, puzzles, and kids books for entertainment. Washer and dryer free in unit. Open concept living, very clean and comfortable. Sit on the front porch to enjoy the bay view and salt air. Beach tags, chairs, sand toys, and towels provided for summer. Housebroken dogs are welcome to come with you. We have a fully fenced backyard.

1 bedroom condo w/loft in a private location at 9th & Ocean yet only steps (5 min walk) from the beach and boardwalk (1 block) and short walk to the shopping/dining of Asbury Ave. This airy 2nd floor unit features large living area with open dining/kitchen, a large bedroom with the attached bathroom and a cozy loft hideaway. Enjoy your private balcony or one of the many shared outdoor spaces in the complex. Features an outdoor shower for convenience. Dedicated parking spot 1 block away.

Second floor duplex condo, with direct ocean views. Stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, Casper mattresses. Smart TV's in living room and bedrooms. Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

Cozy Beach House, a Block to the Beach!

This cozy beach house is in prime location. It is a block from the beach and boardwalk. Also, within a block you have the convenience of a wawa, ice cream shop, pizza, sack'o sub shop, other sit down restaurants, coffee shop, liquor store, and bike shop. The jitney to Atlantic City is walking distance as well. We have 2 beach chairs and 4 beach tags available. Entire 1st floor apartment w/ private entrances, newly renovated & very modern with fast WiFi. A short walk to the beautiful beach & short drive to the casinos, Stockton AC Campus, fine dining, the convention center, boardwalk hall & "the walk" in AC. The 2 bedroom home can accommodate 6 guests (master queen bed & 2nd bedroom bunks; twin bed over full bed) & a sofa bed in the living room + 3 smart TVs where you can access popular apps. Summer includes 6 beach chairs & tags.
