Johannes è un ottimo padrone di casa. Istruzioni chiare e supporto costante. Una persona sul posto è comunque disponibile. L'appartamento è più comodo due persone, ma la nostra famiglia composta da due adulti e due ragazze ci si è trovata bene. Perfetta la disponibilità del posto auto riservato. La zona del quartiere Riquier forse non è così conosciuta tra i turisti (noi stessi altre volte siamo stati nelle vie adiacenti alla Promenade), ma sono raggiungibili in breve tempo sia Nizza vecchia, che il Castello, che la Promenade, che la piazza del Mercato, che le Piazze Massena e Garibaldi, ecc. Nella stessa via dell'appartamento ci sono due supermercati di quartiere, e tutto attorno diverse boulangerie/patisserie. È possibile, inoltre, raggiungere la stazione di Nizza-Riquier in 15 minuti a piedi. Perfetto per visitare le località della Costa Azzurra in treno, senza muovere l'auto. Davvero consigliato!

Nous avons passé un Excellent séjour chez James, le logement était très propre a notre arrivée. Je le recommande ++ Au calme, stationnement juste devant la maison 👍, 5 min de la plage et 1 min en voiture du centre commercial Encore un grand merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité 😁

Flott leilighet på Croisetten, fantastisk utsikt fra balkongen og balkongen er stor nok til å nyte et måltid for hele familien. Kort vei til alt. Veldig hyggelig vertskap. Vi vil definitivt komme tilbake ved en senere anledning.

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Thomas accomodated most of our needs with best of his attentions. I recommend this place, for those with families wanting private time.

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Ivan e la sua famiglia hanno fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio fin da subito, la casa e' bellissima e con un panorama mozzafiato. Ci sono parecchie cose che la rendono ottima per famiglie con bambini ma non solo, gli interni sono curati e la pulizia impeccabile. La Liguria e' una terra che ho conosciuto da poco e si sta rivelando piano piano la mia regione italiana preferita, la gentilezza delle persone ovunque sia andato mi e' rimasta nel cuore. Consiglio a tutti di visitarla, la posizione conveniente del posto rende possibile visitare una quantita' di posti a breve distanza come il lungomare di Albenga e Alassio, ma anche l'entroterra, con i suoi agriturismi e varie degustazioni degli ottimi vini ed olii locali. Consigliatissimo.

Wir waren 8 Tage in dem Haus. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war großartig. Sie hat sehr schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert, hat uns mit den Tipps für die Gegend geholfen, war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sandra's house is an amazing place, located in a tiny village, on the hills, refined in the smallest detail. The house is comfortable, wonderfully located (those views!). Sanda is a great host, she took care of us from the beginning (thank you for the escort to the house and help with carrying the luggage :)) we highly recommend staying with Sandra - it is a great pleasure to live in such a unique and beautiful house. Das Haus hat eine wirklich tolle Lage, man kommt einfach sowohl in Richtung Cannes/Nizza/Monaco als sich Richtung St Tropez. Wenn man eher in die Natur möchte bietet die Umgebung neben den Städten und Stränden eine tolle Natur für Ausflüge. Das Haus ist gemütlich, hat einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer und ins hügelige Hinterland und liegt in einer Gated Community sehr ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Alena als Gastgeberin, sie antwortet sehr schnell und ist immer hilfsbereit und darum bemüht das es den Gästen gut geht und dazu sehr herzlich im Umgang. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Everything was as described in the property listing and in the reviews made by other guests and it isn’t going to disappoint you! This is just the right place for you if you’re looking for a peaceful accommodation in walking distance to the beach, the city and the train station in Juan-Les-Pin. If you don’t feel like going to the beach, you can take the 36 steps (or was it 37) to the pool, where you can enjoy the pool shared with some other people in the gated community. Most of the time we had the area for ourselves and sometimes there was lots of life, but never overcrowded. Close to the property you will find an excellent bakery, a very good fish store as well as a grocery and several butchers. I got only good things to say about our host, Maike. She is very responsive and does everything to make your stay as pleasant and convenient as possible.

Bellissimo alloggio in uno splendido borgo con una meravigliosa storia alle spalle. La casa è accogliente ed offre tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno. Ingrida è stata molto precisa, reattiva, chiara nelle indicazioni e pro attiva suggerendoci attività nei dintorni. Caldamente raccomandato!

We had a lovely stay at Vincent and Angelica's airbnb. They were extremely communicative and gracious hosts and left very clear instructions, making check-in easy. We very much appreciated the local recommendations too. This a quiet neighborhood that feels like a retreat! We were a very short drive from several lovely beaches of Antibes as well as the old town. The property was well-maintained - the shared pool was very clean and so was the airbnb. Very convenient to have a parking space and air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two fans and remained very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

The penthouse is as described and although refurbished a few years ago, it looks like done yesterday. Serge greeted us and gave us a quick tour. The location is easy to reach from airport with Uber or tram. The area has plenty of good restaurants even visited by locals (rue Bonaparte) and bakeries within walking distance (Bordonnat is the best). Easy to walk to Nice old town, beach or train station (Monaco Cannes Antibes). You cannot go wrong with booking this apartment.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

De communicatie met Dominik verliep erg goed en duidelijk. Het verblijf is zoals beschreven en de ligging is perfect. Op een kleine 10 minuten ben je te voet in in het centrum van Menton. De ligging is zeer rustig met een magnifiek uitzicht over Menton en de baai. De parking is een enorme meerwaarde net zoals de nieuwe airconditioning. Zeker het vermelden waard is het goede bed. Dominik en Michaella zijn erg aangename hosten die alles in het werk stellen om je een aangenaam verblijf te waarborgen. Super bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen graag terug.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

Wij verbleven 3 weken in het appartement dat met recht een verborgen parel genoemd mag worden. Er is aan alles gedacht voor een zo prettig mogelijk verblijf. De garage en het ruime terras zijn een groot pluspunt. De communicatie verliep soepel en snel. Beaulieu-sur-Mer is een zeer aangename mooie en gemoedelijke plaats, de winkelstraat ligt om de hoek van het appartement, een park en het strand op 5 minuten lopen. Wij bevelen het ten zeerste aan en komen hier graag terug! Heel erg bedankt James en Melanie.
