Apartamento cómodo para pasear por Madrid. Al estar en un patio interior, es muy silencioso a pesar de estar ubicado en una calle con gran movimiento. Es muy interesante la experiencia de la diversidad cultural en el barrio Lavapiés. Nos resultó cercano a todos los lugares que queríamos conocer. Muy buena comunicación con Paula, impecables sábanas y toallas, gracias!!

El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario, está muy bien ubicado muy fácil para tomar el transporte público, el anfitrión es muy amable y responde rápido, el lugar estaba limpio, lo único es que está en un tercer piso de resto estuvo todo bien.

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

We had a great time at Maria‘s place for the tennis tournament, we were a group of 8 and the apartment was just right! The 5 bathrooms come in handy and the kitchen had everything needed for the group of us. Even though the apartment is a little outside of the center you get there in 15-20 minutes by metro. The neighborhood itself is a little rough, but never dangerous or anything. Overall, can def. Recommend staying there.

This place is located in the center of Madrid near wonderful restaurants with small parks for children. Everything we needed was in walking distance…. Market, restaurants, metro, etc… the home is very comfortable- with comfortable beds. The kitchen had the things we needed and you can do a load of laundry and she has a rack to hang dry. The home is located on a quiet street with limited traffic. There are darkening shutters to black out the rooms which is so wonderful for the late nights in Madrid! Noa responded immediately with any questions. As you can see in the photos there is not a ding table- but we almost always ate out. You will love this home if it meets the description you are looking for! We would stay here again!

Great quiet chalet located outside of the city center— close to the metro station making it easy to go to the city! Nacho was very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space for our group of 6.

La estancia ha estado perfecta, ubicado en zona tranquila, con restaurantes y supermercados cercanos... cerca del metro. Muy limpio y cómodo.

Alicia siempre estuvo atenta a nosotros . Su departamento hermoso limpio buenas camas y amplio . Lejos de la ciudad pero con conexión a buses y metro cercano . Lo recomiendo mil por ciento

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. El piso cómodo y la zona muy tranquila. Carlos y Claudia muy atentos a cualquier cosa. Todo excelente. Cuando tengamos que volver por la zona, sin duda, repetiremos.

El alojamiento es fiel a la descripción. Victoria ha estado en todo momento pendiente de que llegaramos bien y estuviera todo a correcto. Debido al mal tiempo no pudimos disfrutar la terraza y la barbacoa y no puedo evaluarla, pero nos quedamos con las ganas. Fuimos con dos coches y uno se puedo dejar dentro de la urbanización, pero para el otro no tuvimos ningún problema en aparcarlo en la calle más proxima.

Casa in ordine, con cucina, 2 piani, 2 bagni, terrazza, sofà, tv. Tutte le comodità di un alloggio, con ordine e pulizia in casa è molto gradevole anche esteticamente l’arredamento e la struttura. Quasi un dispiacere andare via, l’unica pecca è la zona abbastanza fuori dal centro

Todo perfecto, la estancia era ideal para dos personas, con una terraza muy bonita y el estudio perfectamente equipado con todo, desayuno incluido con cafetera, tostadas y bizcochitos. El sitio era muy tranquilo y ambos huéspedes súper amables, estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Muy recomendable

Abitazione molto carina, con tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, pulitissima, vicino alla metro anche se non in zona centralissima. Gli host sono stati molto gentili e flessibili nella riconsegna delle chiavi e recupero bagagli. Consigliatissima!!!

I stayed in January, and the place was perfectly warm all the time - not just the room, but the bathroom and common areas too. I learned that in Spain that shouldn’t be taken for granted :) it’s almost right in front on a metro station, so easy to get around.

Truly enjoyable stay. The place is really comfortable, peaceful, quiet, private. We felt at home. The apartment is impeccably clean and everything we needed was there. The place has a unique character and is full of charming details. Fatima is very communicative, friendly, proactive and genuinely warm. She checked in with us often, offered great tips and was really nice! Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. We would like to stay here again when we come back to Madrid!

Muito bem localizado e com fácil acesso a todas atrações de Madri. Martin mostrou-se sempre muito prestativo e rápido no retorno, quando questionado. Encontrei uma dificuldade inicial para entrar no apartamento, mas por uma falha minha, que foi prontamente corrigida por Martin. Único ponto que poderia ser melhorado é que como éramos quatro adultos, a água quente terminava antes do final do banho do último. Mas isso não atrapalhou em absolutamente nada. Regressando a Madri, ficaria novamente no apartamento de Martin.

The accommodation was very near the sights to see in Madrid. It is only space for one, as described. Everything you need is at hand. María is very understanding and easy to work with on check-in. The city is quite walkable, and has terrific metro! I very much enjoyed my first visit to Spain. Be sure to give the full address when using Uber/Bolt.
