Centrally-located in Venice Beach! Private Ranch-style family home, super kid-friendly, bunk beds/toys/beach stuff, fenced and dog-friendly yard, great for traveling families! Has BBQ, hot tub, full kitchen, front & backyard, in the heart of Venice. Free use of crib/packnplay/highchair. This home is set for families, and is not suitable for groups over 3 of adults: no noise/parties/gatherings. As common with entire home rentals we require a refundable security deposit $500 to be paid separately.

Designed with comfort and efficiency in mind, all bedding, mattress (by SAATVA), wall paint and cleaning products are Eco-Friendly and chemical free. The apartment is in the back garden with a private entrance and easy parking. The hot tub and outdoor shower are in the garden, steps away. A beautiful California retreat!

It’s located in the back of my house with all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. ***MUST LOVE DOGS: I have 1 small friendly dog that lives with me in my house in front, I will keep him inside for the most part while you are here, but he will be around.
