This is the BEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed! We were warmly welcomed by Leopoldo who offered to carry our luggages two floors up to the apartment (he also helped us during check out) and kindly showed us around the apartment during check in. There were many other thoughtful details in the apartment, such as a providing makeup remover sheets and a manual on how things work in the apartment, and food/tour recommendations. PLEASE try the first restaurant on the good and affordable list. Their seafood pasta was the best we had during our trip to Italy. We definitely appreciated the beautiful furnishings which made us feel right at home, and not just the bare necessities like many other airbnbs we’ve stayed. The bedsheets were softer than the one I had at home too and I slept so well despite there being some noise from the streets. Location wise, it’s really near the train station and there’s plenty of food options and shopping around. This is a must-stay in the beautiful city of Venice!

Pietro was a wonderful host with a wonderful apartment right on the canal. Everything was as described and he was flexible with us arriving early, which we appreciated very much! The unit was beautiful The local recommendations were great. He helped arranged a water taxi, checked on us and even reached out about a lost and found item. Will absolutely stay again. Arrigo’s apartment was so convenient to the water buses and other forms of travel on the canals. The neighborhood is lovely and is not congested and noisy as other places. Arrigo went the extra mile to be so helpful with suggestions and recommendations. He was so helpful in helping us avoid tourist traps and find better options for not only travel but sightseeing. We had a lovely time exploring the surrounding islands due to his suggestions. We without hesitation recommend Arrigo’s apartment to anyone coming to Venice.

Lovely apartment in Cannaregio, quiet location away from the crowds. Walkable, and very close to vaporetto. Plenty of space for 4, well equipped kitchen. Thank you for a great stay.

Außerordentlich schöne Wohnung in traumhafter Lage Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Canale Grande in einer außergewöhnlich ruhigen und schönen Umgebung. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft – wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. 100% Weiterempfehlung!

My husband and I choose Francesca's nest on the venetian roof's for our first ever visit to Venice for our 40th birthday's and we couldn't be happier, it was perfect and we loved it! It was easy to find from Francesca's directions. It does have 4 flights of stairs but we didn't find this an issue, it's also what gave the best views from the roof terrace and a canal view from the bedroom window. The bed was super comfy, kitchen had everything you need and it was very clean. One thing worth mentioning is the plug sockets are 3 pins, although Francesca did leave 2 adaptors for 2 pin plugs. It is walking distance to most of the main attractions in Venice, has supermarkets, restaurants and a fruit and veg boat right outside. There was also luggage storage next to the Coop as well, i think 5 euro's a piece. It was the perfect base and we will definitely come back!

This was my second time to stay here ( which says a lot, that I returned to the same apartment) and it was as wonderful as the first stay. Maria Caterrina meets you on arrival and is so welcoming and you just feel immediately at home. The apartment is immaculate and comfortable. The balcony is the best part though - whether enjoying morning coffee or evening wine, watching the boats and gondolas go by - it’s just incredible! The central location is also perfect. We took a private water taxi both arriving from Chioggia port, and departing to Santa Maria train station, which was so easy and convenient from the dock right outside the apartment. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment when visiting Venice.

Excellent séjour dans l appartement de Tiziana ,décoration et agencement top, très bien situé autant pour la proximité des sites incontournables que pour l ambiance du quartier. Je recommande à 100%.

The great thing about Cristina’s place is that it’s away from the madness of the centre while still being within walking distance. It was a relief to get back to our peaceful area after a day of the crowds! We took our 1 year old and the local playground was really handy. Lots of decent restaurants nearby too and right by the water- it is all so picturesque. We were warmly welcomed at check in. A comfortable stay for 3 nights, thank you.
