The single bedroom of our guesthouse (small hotel) is equipped in Venetian style and has a double bed and 2 single beds. It has TV, WIFI, aircon (june - september), heating, wardrobe, table, chairs, mini fridge ... This room has a sink inside the bedroom and a small private bathroom (WC/shower). There are no common/shared areas. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock and takes place at a partner hotel (distance 700 meters). City tax of 3€ pppn not included and shall be paid in cash at the checkin.

Modern double room with ensuite bathroom

Modern styled double room next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. I'll provide personally to let you know all the place we live and enjoy as venetian people, with my personal point of view!
