The apartment was beautifully decorated, and from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The apartment was immaculately and well-maintained. The host had thought of everything to make my stay comfortable, including fresh towels, bed linen, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of the apartment was the stunning view from the balcony. I could sit out there for hours, sipping my morning coffee and taking in the beautiful scenery of the Pirin Mountains. The only downside was the Wi-fi signal which was quite weak. Overall, I would recommend this apartment with the caveat that the Wi-Fi signal is weak. If you are someone who needs a strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection for work or personal use, this may not be the best choice for you.

Ein absolut bezauberndes Haus und genauso schönen Gerten mit atemberaubendem Blick auf Pirin Gebirge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Kamin, die vielen Gemälden, authentische, alten Gegenständen und authentische Inneneinrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, proaktiv und immer gut erreichbar. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at the property was wonderful! The place is spacious, very clean, and the view from every window is simply breathtaking. The dining room and kitchen are well-equipped and luxurious, making cooking and meals a real pleasure. The jacuzzi and sauna were spotless, and we enjoyed them every evening. The hosts were lovely, always available, and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

The apartment was really nice and what was expected from the flora, the room was big and spacious for us 2 adults and 1 child, nice and warm, nice and clean upon arrival, lovely view in the forest, doesn’t smell of smoke! Just a short walk into the resort and lifts, host was very responsive to messages and helpful, would be happy to book this again, thanks very much, provided with small kitchen area with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave along with sink hob etc, bath and overhead shower 👍

Great place to stay, perfect location. Pool, hot tub and sauna was great after a day of skiing. Close to gondola and restaurants in town.

A pleasant place, suitably arranged to accommodate up to 4 people. Very good location, it didn’t need to be driven by a vehicle. Milko is an excellent host, willing to help us for anything. We will definitely visit it again.

Overall we had a great stay - apartment is in a hotel which we were grateful for as it had a free shuttle to the Bansko Gondola, free ski storage and also a pool and spa in the hotel which was free to use! We had a nice view of the mountain from our apartment. WiFi wasn’t great but this wasn’t really an issue for us as we booked this for a ski trip so didn’t need it really. I think it had been a while between us and the last guest as some amenities were a little old but overall we had a great stay, it’s perfect for a ski trip to Bansko and would recommend it to people!

Jackie went above & beyond for us. She showed us the best & cheapest restaurants, the place to get FREE mountain spring water, the hiking trail, and more. Great lighting in the place. It had endless sunlight all day, so we slept better than we ever had because the sun would rise and wake us up, and then as it fell, you could still see the beautiful sunset over the majestic Pirin mountains—the best sleep of our lives. The place was fully equipped and cozy. The heater kept the place very warm. Espresso machine, tea boiler, and more. I loved having a TV too.

I enjoyed my stay here at this location. It is very close to nearby hiking trails that connect up to the the high mountain. It is a little far from the center for the Sunday farmers market but is very quiet at night. There was some unexpected construction on the property during the last week of my stay to install reliable internet into every house. The property lists that it includes a/c but there are no a/c units or fans in the house. Also note that there are no screens on the windows to prevent bugs from entering the house when open. Luckily Bansko doesn't have too many bugs and it is fairly cool at night even during June and early July. Other than these minor things I enjoyed my stay here and would certainly book the home again.

We loved the stone villa - beautiful house, looks just like the photos (quite exceptional in Bulgaria!), the boys loved the fitness and sauna!

Martin was a wonderful host; very accommodating, quick to respond, and made sure there was a colleague to welcome us. The place itself was also wonderful– located in a very central area close to many different places to explore. Very happy to spend a weekend there!

The house was amazing with all we needed after our ski & snowboarding When we first arrived Alex offered us help and guideline to everything in the house and also suggested us some places to go. He shared with us his mobile telling us to contact him in case we needed anything. House is about 10 mins driving to center. Well recommended!

I stayed with Laura and Koci for 2 months to write my book - and it got done! This place is great if you want to have few modern-life distractions. During the week you are completely isolated in the mountains, and beautiful walks are on your doorstep. The dogs are very friendly and keep you company in the week, they do like attention! There were occasional irregularities with the services - water, electric, internet etc. - this is part of BG countryside, and the hosts did everything they could to sort it out. At the weekends, the family return and it is a buzzing hive of Bulgarian country life activity - so perhaps more like a room share in a larger family house. You can travel to the local town on public transport for food etc. - I did the whole 2months without a car and was fine, the village has the basics and the people in the village are very friendly to foreigners. My partner stayed occasionally, both the hosts and the village are LGBTQ+ friendly. Laura and Koci did everything they could to ensure my stay was comfortable and that I had everything I needed to write my book. Laura is super friendly and checks in regularly that all is good. I would easily recommend this stay if you're looking for somewhere quiet on the foot of the mountains....possibly to write a book...

Достаточно уютная, комфортная квартира со всеми удобствами и чувствовали как дома, балкон с шикарным видом на гору Пирин. Мы семья с маленькими детьми 5 и 2 года и дети с дневным сном, а заезд с 15-00, хозяин Стас нам сделал исключение и разрешил раньше заехать в 13-00, что действительно приятно. Это и говорит о том что хозяин Стас просто хороший человек и заинтересован в комфорте гостей. Ещё плюс квартиры это то что вблизи от горы Пирин и гондолы. Ещё приедем! Спасибо!

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

Third time returning guests in the same hotel/building, second time at this appartment. The reason - this place has it all: close to the cable car (3 minutes walk with skiing gear), clean, an inside pool, a sauna, a full kitchen and oven, supermarket and all kinds of food places and bars around. Great for families with kids, highly reccomendable.

We had a great time staying at this apartment, it is part of an aparthotel complex but the staff were very friendly and willing to help with questions, and access to the spa there was much appreciated after skiing! The apartment itself is well located, a 5 minute walk to the gondola, the main shops and restaurants, and about 20 minute walk to the old town of Bansko. The kitchen facilities were basic but enough for our stay. It was clean and has a balcony to sit outside. The bed was technically 2 singles pushed together but they were comfortable. Overall I would recommend this apartment for a trip to Bansko.

Loved staying here. Neli was very helpful with local knowledge - the ski hire company she recommended within the building was excellent, good price, lovely staff and they drove us to and from the gondola each day, with our equipment. Mountain View is close to gondola, but lovely after a long day skiing to be collected! Great facilities including pool, sauna, and a bar on ground floor. Fully recommend staying here.
