This luxury summer house from 2004 (125 m2) in the popular but quiet seaside resort of Rågeleje is located peacefully on a large site (1.900 m2) with panorama view to nature. Lots of birds can be seen from the house. The beach of Rågeleje and Vejby Strand is less than 2 km away and so is the famous nature reserve Heather Hill. The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Huset är på 40 kvadratmeter och har eget badrum och bastu. I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Sofa kan endvidere omdannes til 2 sovepladser, såfremt behovet er 6 overnattende. Fra to skønne træterrasser og den store grund kan solen nydes fra tidlig morgen til sen aften.

Suited for a romantic getaway.
