The stay was very pleasant. We were with the family. Kids enjoyed the place very well. Jeejo was very helpful. The beach is only a few minutes walk from the property. They have provided a shower in the garden which is very useful when you return from the beach.

A comfortable place for stay. Mr. George is a great host . He responds quick to all our enquiries. Easy to find the location . Everything was there as described in the airbnb website.

Basil teacher, as she's known around, is one of the most meticulous hosts we've come across. The place is surrounded by lush sylvan and the Meenachil river. It's quiet and wonderful. The quarters we stayed in has such an amusing history to it. It's got beautiful furniture that are at least 70 years old. The home where Teacher resides is over 170 years old and is a stellar construction. Basil teacher is a generous and thoughtful host. We had informed her that one of us has an ankle injury, and coincidentally or not, we found an ice pack in the refrigerator. The kichenette has everything you need. Despite it, she'll happily offer coffee in the morning. The breakfast is heavenly. Special thanks to Shyamala chechi as well, who is the helper. Teacher will also tell you a bit of local history which is very interesting. In all, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay for us.

Anilal is an amazing host! We truly enjoyed our stay at his hut. He is super friendly and was always available and responsive to any requests we had. He helped us arrange various activities and prepared delicious dinners for us! Anilal also gave us a tour of his farm and treated us to a fresh coconut, just cut from one of his palms. When we visited the local temple, he came along with us and kindly showed us around and introduce us to his friends, making the experience even more special. We also had the pleasure of meeting his lovely wife and daughter and shared a great conversation with them. If you're looking for a genuine local experience, I highly recommend staying at Anilal’s place. He’ll make you feel like part of his family! Our stay was incredibly peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to unwind. The property is located just a short walk from a private-like beach, Additionally, it’s only 400 meters from Marari main beach, making it convenient to explore.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a safe and peaceful accommodation for family or friends. Thank you once again, Amruth!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, in a great location, and perfect for a relaxing holiday. The host was very welcoming and provided excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The pool was a highlight—especially for the kids, who had an amazing time. One of the best holiday destinations we’ve been to. Everyone enjoyed it so much, and we’ll definitely be coming back again.

Der Service von Jithu und seiner Familie welche uns im Haus bedient haben war öusserst zuvorkommend und sie waren stehts für uns da. sie waren äusserst aufmerksam und haben unmittelbar unsere bedürfnisse sowie wünsche umgesetzt. Das Haus war etwas abgelegen, die Gegend ist aber wunderschön und mit einem Fahrer sind umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten war für uns die ideale Erholung. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Es war uns eine Freude an diesem Ort Beherbergt zu werden. Freundliche Grüsse Simon

My family of 16 with2 kids stayed at this place during our visit to Alleppey. This is a beautiful property just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The host Paulson was very helpful. The evening we reached, the local restaurants were not delivering food as there was horrible traffic because of a local music fest. We took Paulson's motorcycle to get food. My family absolutely loved the stay, kids enjoyed the badminton, cricket, carrom and card games a lot. The only suggestion I would give is to put gates for the small indoor pool. It's a risk for people staying with small kids.

This place is a very good weekend getaway for a nature lover which is away from noise and pollution. Surrounded by lush greenery and close to Thattekad bird sanctuary, it is a haven for birds and our kids enjoyed watching them and listening to their sound . The natural pool is a refreshing escape and is free of chemicals. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a homely atmosphere. The staff is friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything you may need. Overall, Joseph Sir has created a space which is an excellent choice for anyone seeking a tranquil vacation in a serene environment.
