Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi. It offers stunning views of the Ionian Sea with unique sunsets. Ideal for those who love the tranquility and relaxation that nature offers, it can accommodate 6-7 people. It has 3 bedrooms, open plan lounge with kitchen, all with views and access to the terrace,2 bathrooms one of them situated on the terrace and 2 showers outside. Car needed.

The basement which is used as a storage space, the ground floor which includes 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room with fireplace and the attic which consists of a large bedroom with a fireplace and a bathroom. It also has a covered garage that can fit 2 cars and a large lawned yard.

Zagori traditional house, Jacuzzi and amazing view

Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. My space is suitable for couples and families (with children).
