Lys, hyggelig og meget veludnyttet hytte med gode senge, bord og stole samt et rummeligt badeværelse og lille tekøkken. Der er te og kaffe til fri afbenyttelse under opholdet. Hytten har gulvvarme og opvarmes desuden med luft til luft varmepumpe. Der er en god og stabil WIFI-forbindelse. Hytten ligger i en lille hytteby tæt op ad et lille grønt område til den ene side og Helle Hallens mange faciliteter og café til den anden side. Der er gratis parkering i forbindelse med hytterne.
