The living room opens out to a private pool where one can lounge or relax on sit-outs while taking in the sights and sounds of the garden surrounded by the swaying coconut palms.

A great place to relax for families and groups of friends alike. We are located in phase 5 1st floor of a peaceful colony laced on the edges by green paddy fields.

The first floor boasts two ensuite bedrooms, while the second floor features a living space with kitchen. It takes 15 steps to reach the first floor. Enjoy access to the society’s large swimming pool, which is open from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Swimwear is mandatory. Note: Loud music and parties around the pool and balconies are strictly prohibited.
