We are in a downtown location, a block from Restaurants, hotels and shopping, it’s the perfect location for business or pleasure. We are one block off of highway 120/108, so it’s convenient, but at rush hour you’ll likely hear some traffic. Washer/dryer in the garage. Please leave your shoes at the door.

Pool safety fencing and self closing gate with safety latch allows parents to relax on the patio without any worries!

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

Riverfront Retreat

This RIVERFRONT RETREAT, set along the Stanislaus River, offers a one-bedroom layout and sofa bed. The kitchen and bar area are ideal for meals, and the full bathroom includes a washer and dryer. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

Enjoy a night in our guest house that is located on our 50 acre ranch. Enjoy a walk around all three ponds around the property while sipping on a cup of coffee. From the chirping of the birds in the morning to the incredible sunsets in the evening, you won’t forget it! Our guest studio features a queen bed, a full bathroom, tv with cable, microwave and a coffee maker. We look forward to meeting our visitors and this new adventure with Airbnb!
