Pasamos un fin de semana absolutamente increíble, y no podemos estar más agradecidos por la experiencia. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con Nadine fue fluida, clara y muy agradable. Se mostró atenta, amable y dispuesta a ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitáramos, lo cual marcó una gran diferencia desde el inicio. Además, fue muy flexible tanto con el horario de entrada como con el de salida, lo que nos permitió organizar el viaje sin prisas y disfrutar al máximo de nuestra estancia. La casa en sí superó nuestras expectativas por completo. Todo estaba limpio, bien organizado. En resumen, fue una experiencia de diez. Tanto la calidad del alojamiento como la calidez en el trato por parte de Nadine hicieron que este fin de semana fuera especial para todos los que fuimos. Es de esos lugares que no solo recomiendas, sino a los que quieres volver.

We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

Paz, tranquilidad, un fin de semana perfecto. Solo por el exterior ya merece la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado a vivir!!! Sin duda repetiremos. La anfitriona muy amable, responde a cualquier duda con rapidez. Gracias por acogernos en tu casa, espero vernos pronto

Para una pareja (con o sin hijos) que quiere visitar la zona, el alojamiento de Elisa es una fantástica opción. La casa no es muy grande, pero tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse muy cómodo en ella s. Ha sido reformada recientemente, la cocina es nueva y moderna, el baño es amplio, la cama tiene un colchón bien duro (a nosotros nos gustan así), y el sofá cama que hay en la habitación también es bastante cómodo. Eso si, las calles del pueblo son muy estrechas y se hace algo incomodo mover el coche por ellas..: pero por suerte, hay un parking público que localizareis en Google Maps a apenas dos minutos caminando. Lo dicho, ¡completamente recomendable! ¡Seguro que volveremos!

Eugénia est très accueillante, il nous a permis d'accéder au logement avant l'heure du check in. l'appartement est très bien équipé et joliment décoré et le quartier est paisible avec plein de bon restaurant et la plage tout est accessible à pieds. place de stationnement gratuite dans la rue où les petites rue avoisinantes. séjour très agréable. merci pour tout

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

Apartament preciós i impecable. Té de tot, no hi falta detall. Molt ben equipat i acollidor. Millor que a les fotos. Vam poder aparcar gratis a davant. Molt a prop de parades de bus, va ser molt fàcil moure's per València. L'Illia va ser super amable, ens va enviar recomenacions i sempre ens va respondre al moment. El recomano al 100%.

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

Such a great place for a Valencia city base from which you can explore every bit of the city with ease! Cool NYC vibe to this flat and loads of space and high ceilings, lovely little outside space as well. Best of all though was Mirko as a host, super friendly, responsive and helpful host who went the extra mile with recommendations of things to see, places to eat out etc… but also to make sure we were ok during the Spanish power cuts end of April 2025. This was so kind of Mirko and really what we needed at a stressful time without power (we got lucky on this street to get lights back on pretty quickly.) Super flat, super location, super host!

our vacation at Maria's place was amazing. when is the time to go back to Oliva we are going to stay at Maria's place again. Thanks to Maria to make our vacation even better .

Hemos estado muy agusto, José Luis y su mujer muy atentos y nos dieron muchas facilidades para instalarnos. los colchones son cómodos. La zona está muy bien, a 5 minutos de la playa. seguro que repetiremos

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfaitement propre, bien organisé et conforme à la description. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et la résidence est très sécurisée et bien entretenue. Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

The stock of ameneties here was better than many of the places we have stayed during our trip. The ground floor makes access and luggage hauling very easy. Ismailly was an excellent host. The only minor issue is the building door key - it is not a perfect fit and requires some finesse to unlock by just slightly removing the key.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

El piso estaba super bien todo super limpio y César y su mujer muy atentos para que estuviera todo en perfectas condiciones. Y tuvieron muchísima flexibilidad porque fuimos más tarde y luego a la salida también nos dejaron salir mas tarde. Fuimos yo y mi pareja y nos encantó gracias por todo César y Cristina. volveremos a ir
