Just 5’ walking from the beach in one of Spain’s most iconic neighbourhoods, “El Cabanyal”, this unique fishermens’ house built in 1922 and recently refurbished is impeccably styled and equipped with modern amenities. On a sunny day, take a sunbathing session on the balcony. At night, enjoy outdoor dining in the spacious balcony or explore the trendy bars in the area for some fine tapas and red wine.

En este alojamiento se respira tranquilidad: ¡relájate con toda la familia o amigos! El alojamiento con su porche y barbacoa es independiente y privado. Está en una parcela 5000m2, con aparcamiento, piscina, canasta de baloncesto, Wi-Fi, ... esta zona es compartida con el dueño y/o con otros huéspedes. Hay varias zonas de baño en el río Cabriel, también hay varios manantiales (todos de aguas termales, 27grados) con sus balsas naturales, como se ve en las fotos.

Además, cuenta con transporte público muy cercano, ofreciendo excelentes conexiones a los lugares de interés de Valencia. Lovely house with sea view in the old town

We got this lovely house in the old town because we fell in love with the fantastic views and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
