Also it has 2 bathrooms with shower, dining-kitchen and terrace of approx 20 m2. The apartment is facing West / East, it is on the first floor of a building in the historic center of Valencia, with all the services at few minutes walk. It has A / C cold and heat, WIFI and TV Satellite (Hotbird). Turia River Park is at 50 meters and the Town Hall Square at 10 minutes walk. We are waiting for you!
