We visited this location for a week at Easter. It was quiet around the area initially but got a little busier as the week went on. The weather was perfect, high 20's all week. The apartment was clean and tidy with all the amenities we needed! David was super helpful, making contact a few days before with details on how to access, directions etc and then checking in regularly with recommendations and directions to local restaurants, markets etc. The kids loved the pool and the beautiful beach was only 5 mins walk away too. There was one shop within walking distance but i would recommend hiring a car to visit around the local area. Scenery is stunning. Highly recommend the location and the accommodation!! Had the most wonderful stay, the villa was spotless so much space and in a really peaceful location. Lucia was a 10/10 host so kind, very attentive and looked after us. From booking taxis to a very informative check in. Communication was always quick and reliable. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you for a great stay

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en la casita. Es Preciosa y con todas las comodidades, además fuimos con nuestros perros y estuvieron súper a gusto 🩷 la casa y el espacio es un paraíso en la naturaleza, y mari carmen fue súper amable y atenta. We recently had the pleasure of spending a whole month at Feliciano’s. The house is spacious, airy with lots of natural light. But what really makes it marvellous (and the photos don’t do it justice) is the ocean view. The house is well equipped with amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher etc and all utensils for cooking. And as we were travelling with our nine month old baby, Feliciano kindly provided a cot and high chair and also a tub at our request. The shared pool was cold (no surprise since it was October), but it was great to cool off as most days we enjoyed temperatures of 25/26 degrees. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ioana who stopped by to give the house a quick clean during our long stay - lovely and proficient. The location was great to explore local towns and beaches nearby. There is a supermarket within walking distance but you will need a car to get around! Feliciano was easy to contact and quick to help. We had a lovely time.

Valorem molt que els nostres gossos hagin pogut gaudir del jardí, el que estigui tancat ens ha donat la seguretat de poder-los tenir solts. Valorem també la tranquil·litat de la zona i la privadesa. La Joana ha estat molt amable en tot moment. Molt contents.

Estupenda estancia en Valencia, las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son cómodas, hay mucho menaje de cocina, y muchos espacios comunes. La anfitriona muy atenta y super amable.

Lovely home with an incredible view on the seaside. It feels like you are almost in the sea. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for (outdoor) lunches and dinners. 30 minute walk along the beach to Torrevieja center (or quicker by road/car)

Spectaculaire accommodatie met veel ruimte en sfeer. De enorme kamer met open keuken was heel praktisch. We verbleven er met 3 generaties en de (jonge)kleinkinderen konden zich zowel binnen als buiten vrij bewegen . Heerlijke plek om je na een drukke dag in de stad rustig terug te kunnen trekken. Daarnaast zorgde Ivan perfect voor ons. Hij beantwoordde alle vragen per direct en bood in nood a la minute hulp. Deze plek zal veel mensen zeker verrassen.

Een super fijn en ruim huis. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de tuin! De host was top en prettig in de communicatie. Erg behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld toen we bij aankomst mee mochten rijden naar de supermarkt.

LA TERRAZA CON VISTAS A LA PISCINA ES MUY AGRADABLE PARA ESTAR TODOS REUNIDOS. LO HEMOS PASADO GENIAL Y SIN DUDA REPETIREMOS. EL ANFITRION, ONOFRE, NOS DIO TODO TIPO DE FACILIDADES, TANTO PARA LA ENTRADA COMO PARA LA SALIDA. LO RECOMENDARIA 100%.

Дуже гарно відпочили компанією на 8 людей. Велика просторова вілла зі своєю територією. Є багато класних локацій навколо вілли в радіуси години часу на авто. Господар доброзичливий та завжди готовий допомогти. Професійний клінінг прибрав ідеально віллу перед нашим заїздом. Поблизу дуже гарні пляжі та дуже хороші заклади з вкусною їжею. Villa Minerva offers a great opportunity to stay in a quiet private place very close to the town, beach, boulevard supermarkets. The house offers everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The outside space is completely walled, so safe for our dog, who was made very welcome. Even a dog bed and food bowls for the dog were provided. The different seating areas around the pool were spot on. Cheryl is a very helpful responsive host. She will do anything she can to make your stay a pleasant experience.

This villa is stunning, as is the location. There was so much outside space, the mountain walls are beautiful and the sea is near enough on the doorstep. We went in November and there was only one restaurant open which closed mid afternoon, however taxis to the town weren’t too expensive so I’d didn’t cause a problem and was worth this to stay in such a beautiful home and surroundings. Gema was extremely friendly and helpful and very accommodating and was always quick to reply when contacted. Highly recommend.

Our short break was made extra special with the host Johan going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. The villa was spotlessly clean and had all we needed. Plenty of restaurants within easy reach and a short walk to the beach made it completely perfect. The 4 of us will be back.

This was our second visit here (we came Easter 2024), so we knew what to expect. As previously, the house was/is fantastically located for beaches, the tram network up and down the coast, and a great base for a simple family holiday. Pablo is a fantastic host, and the house, although not fancy, suited us perfectly. We loved it! P.s the outdoor shower is our favourite!

Wonderful trip with a large group of friends. Comfortable villa with lots of space inside and out. Off street, secure parking. Kitchen well equipped to cook for everyone. Beach and coastal walking within 5 mins. We loved it.

Nuestra estancia en la casa fue fantástica. La vivienda es súper cómoda y está equipada con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas: cuenta con dos salones espaciosos, cocinas completas, juegos para niños y sofás muy confortables. Pero lo que más nos sorprendió fueron las camas y almohadas, completamente nuevas y comodísimas, algo poco habitual en un alojamiento vacacional. La atención del dueño ha sido excelente desde el primer momento, proporcionándonos información útil sobre la zona y todos los detalles de la casa. Siempre estuvo atento y disponible para cualquier consulta. Además, tuvo el detalle de enviarnos de inmediato unos AirPods que olvidamos en la casa, lo que demuestra su gran atención y amabilidad. Sin duda, una casa fantástica a la que nos encantará volver.

We stayed for a week over New Year. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming. The house is situated in a prime location overlooking the sea with lovely coastal walks outside. The house is exactly as described - well equipped, clean and modern. The garden was fantastic for us to relax in and for our two dogs to play in. There is a driveway and private parking for a car inside the property which was really liked. We had a lovely relaxing week by the sea and it was the perfect start to 2025. Thank you Andrea !

Great host, with lots of info. The place is near the sea (4 min). And the center is max 15 min walk. We loved that it is not in the middle of the center, and that it was a bit more quiet around the house.
