Susi es una anfitriona maravillosa. Con una respuesta y flexibilidad para la entrada y la salida genial. Su casa y todos los servicios de la urbanización son estupendos para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas. Sin duda alguna, es un alojamiento para repetir, con una anfitriona perfecta.

We Had wonderful experience staying at gran canet. Milan was always quick to respond with answers we needed even quite few months before our stay & during our stay…. No problems with check in or check out. Place was really clean and exceptional. It has everything you could possibly need & actually looks much better in real life than in pictures! We will definitely be coming back!

Estuvimos muy agusto, Lucia la coanfitriona se portó de 10, nos explicó todas las instalaciones; como entrar en ellas, como movernos por allí, nos indicó sitios para comer que fueron un acierto y estuvo atenta a nosotras por si necesitábamos algo. Experiencia maravillosa, repetiremos sin duda

todo genial, la ubicación perfecta porque da un paso del centro y también de la playa. el alojamiento nos encantó, estuvimos como en casa. lo recomiendo cien por cien. los anfitriones muy preocupados para que estuviéramos bien. Volveremos sin duda!!!!!!

El piso de Juanjo es perfecto para pasar unos días por la zona. Con el parking en el mismo edificio, pista de pádel, piscinas, sauna, jacuzzi tiene de todo para disfrutar en cualquier época del año. La comunicación con Juan José ha sido perfecta y rápida en todo momento, fue flexible tanto a la hora de llegar como a la de salir y nos explicó todo perfectamente, muy majo. Sin duda se lo recomendamos a todo el mundo y repetiremos en el piso. Muchas gracias por todo!

Miejsce bardzo blisko plaży jak i metra. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Valencji jak również dla chcących odpocząć przy plaży. Suna czy wanna z hydromasażem umilały pobyt. Duża przestrzeń w mieszkaniu. Polecam

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, being very close to the sea, which made it easy to enjoy the beach anytime. The swimming pools were a great bonus—beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The flat itself was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication with the owner was excellent; Carlos was very helpful, responsive, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for a lovely seaside getaway close to Valencia!

¡Estancia perfecta en un lugar inmejorable! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles. La ubicación es perfecta, a un paso de la Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias y en una zona muy tranquila y premium. Las vistas son espectaculares, tanto al mar como a la ciudad, y la vivienda tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y relajados. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Berna, siempre pendiente de que estuviéramos bien y muy amable en todo momento. Sin duda, un sitio al que nos encantaría volver. ¡Gracias por todo!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement qui est très agréable à vivre. Parfaitement conforme aux photos et aux descriptions, l'appartement de Raquel était très propre et joliment décoré. La terrasse est très agréable, les partie communes très bien entretenus. Les équipements sont conformes à la description et la plage est facilement accessible à pied. Un logement que nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Great place and location. Lots of restaurants nearby and beach 2 minute walk. Had an issue with the key to the door. Was sorted in 30 mins on a Sunday. Great service and care of guests. Would definitely stay here again. Valencia airport was brilliant. 30 mins from plane to taxi rank even after Brexshit

todo estaba perfecto.un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar .la playa muy cerca con duchas.y la piscina del apartamento perfecta .todo perfecto .y con gema buena comunicacion y todo super correcto .no se pjede pedir mas.

Lovely apartment, we had a couple of minor issues but they were resolved very quickly. Perfect location for anyone booking for Oliva MET. Would stay again ☺️

wir haben hier zwei ersten Septmeberwochen 2024 verbracht. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, mit Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Eine gut bestückte Wirtschaft: Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zwei WCs, eine Dusche und ein Bad, erneute und gut funktionierende Sanitärtechnik. Aber vor allem ein schöner Balkon mit wunderbarem Meeresblick! Auf dem Balkon stehen ein Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Couch (!), alles passt (gefühlt ist die Balkonfläche 4 x 3,5 Meter groß). Man kann die ganze Zeit auf dem Balkon bleiben und das Leben geniessen. :-) Waagt man paar Schritte aus der Wohnung, so endeckt man eine witzige Wohnanlage mit einem Pool und Sonnenliegen in der Nähe von einem Fitnessraum. Zwischen verschiedenen Ebenen der Wohnanlage kann man sich bequem mit meheren Aufzügen bewegen. In die abschließbare Garage passt Volvo XC60! Die Hasuhälterin Gema hat uns bergüßt, alles Wichtige gezeit und paar nützliche TIpps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das war alles sehr nett und hilfreich.

Great place to stay, it is my forth time staying at Javier's. The metro is very close by, you have a supermarket at 1 min walk as well as restaurants and bars. Behind the building there is a very large area where to park. I really enjoyed using the gym and the sauna almost daily and the porters Jose and Cesar as super nice and welcoming.

Byli jsme zde a rodinou (2 děti) a byli jsme velmi spokojení. Pan majitel je velice vstřícný a vyhověl nám, když jsme přijeli dřív, než byl oficiální check in. Celá oblast je velice klidná, pláže v týdnu byly skoro prázdné a o víkendu taky ok. Moře krásné, čisté, plne mušlí ideální pro děti. Byli jsme velmi mile překvapeni nadstandardním vybavením apartmánu. Hostitel pro nás nachystal i základní potraviny i něco a přivítání, což bylo velmi milé. V obchodě, který je 3 minuty koupíte vše potřebné. Půjčili jsme si na letišti auto a s tímto benefotem pobyt neměl chybu. Za chvíli jste v centru Valencie, ale máte možnosti objevovat i další hezké místa na druhé straně (Cullera apod.). Moc děkujeme a doporučujeme.

Buen apartamento. Nos sentimos muy cómodos desde el principio. Las camas son muy cómodas y todo estaba perfectamente limpio. Perfecto para familias con niños ya que la casa tiene una casita de juego en el patio y varios cajones con juguetes. Cerca de la playa y en un vecindario tranquilo. La única pega que le ponemos es que la habitación principal está muy cerca del ascensor del edificio y se oye mucho cuando sube y baja. También, algunos grupos de vecinos acostumbran a reunirse justo enfrente del patio del apartamento y se oye bastante dentro. Por lo demás, todo perfecto, las instalaciones (piscina, gimnasio…) son ideales. Un gran lugar para pasar unas felices vacaciones.

The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

Hemos pasado unos días muy lindos en casa de Marta, el exterior de la casa es precioso y permite estar en diferentes ambientes. Marta estuvo siempre atenta a resolver las dudas y ayudarnos con lo que necesitamos, Lo hemos disfrutado muchísimo! Gracias por todo!

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Casa acogedora con unas vistas maravillosas. Si vas con niños que era nuestro caso la sala de juegos es una maravilla. Además Raquel tuvo en cuenta que íbamos en Navidad, época de frío, para poner unas estufas en la sala de juegos para que estuviéramos de maravilla y fue todo un acierto. Gracias. el resto de la casa con aire frío y calor en todas las estáncias. La casa un 10. si tuvoese que poner un pero para los más exigentes es que para ir a la playa debes coger el coche o pegarte una muy buena caminata.. En nuestro caso no fue problema. Mencionar también que Raquel estuvo durante toda la estancia activa y dispuesta para resolver cualquier cosa. Personalmente me hubiese gustado ser recibido por alguien en lugar de recoger las llaves dentro de una caja, pero eso son gustos y colores, nada que ver con la casa y el trato recibido por teléfono. Perfecto todo..!!

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, utrzymane w czystości i przygotowane na przyjazd. Bezproblemowy kontakt z gospodarzem. Wspaniały widok, a przez to przyjemność przebywania na tarasie. Polecam serdecznie!

We loved the vibe of the place, the tranquility , the laid-back attitude of the host and the fact that the accommodation is dog-friendly is a big plus. Enough space to explore for our dachshund! Breakfast was amazing and we loved the view from our terrace. If you are looking for a quiet place just outside of the city this is the place to be.

Nos sorprendió la casa, situada en una villa junto a más casas con un espacio comunitario enorme con todo tipo de instalaciones, totalmente recomendable.

The host was superb along with the house. Communication was easy regardless what we needed or wanted an answer was always given. Great knowledge of the area and surrounding area as for us was a bonus as only local or people who stay there would have known this. The villa suited our needs from day one with a great spacious layout and pool for all the family to enjoy on a daily basis. We had a car but might not of been needed as the tram station is a 15minute walk which took you anywhere more or less in Valencia and also cheap for a family of five. I couldn't have asked for a better place as it took about 5-6 weeks looking over other areas that suited us all and this one just kept on ticking all the right boxes. I couldn't recommend this villa enough along with the host for our vacation. We'll be back for sure.
