Валенсия: аренда домов с балконом

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Valencia. Die Unterkunft war sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die zentrale Lage, der schöne Balkon und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Alles hat wunderbar gepasst – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We hadden een geweldige tijd in het appartement van Raul en Maria. De ontvangst was zo hartelijk, we voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom. We mochten onze valiezen eerder inchecken, en doordat de volgende gasten later aankwamen, mochten we ze ook tot 16u30 laten staan. Dit nam veel stress weg en zo konden we nog langer genieten van ons verblijf in de stad. De buurt Ruzafa is geweldig. Het is er rustig, er zijn heel veel restaurants, en het is er minder toeristisch dan in het oude centrum. We konden niet geloven hoe rustig ontwaken het er was (stiller dan thuis, en wij wonen quasi op het platteland). Op loopafstand waren heerlijk ontbijtplekjes, een supermarkt, een geweldige fietsverhuur (Hola Renta Bike). Met de fiets ben je zo in het Turia Park, of kan je naar de kust fietsen. We namen ook eens de bus naar Albufera. Het oude centrum is op 10 à 15 min wandelen, beter kan niet. Het appartement is volledig ingericht met decoratie, planten, boeken, een platen, enz. Een echte aanrader!

Appartement très bien placé en plein centre à 2 pas de la place de la reine Appartement agréable et en très bon état Un peu bruyant surtout en ce qui concerne la chambre située dans le salon Pour autant nous y avons passé un agréable séjour malgré les circonstances dramatiques que rencontre la région de Valence actuellement. Nous adressons d ailleurs tout notre soutien aux habitants de la région au sein de laquelle vit notre fils.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones en familia muy agradables. El alojamiento estaba muy bien equipado, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, ya además en muy buen estado y muy limpio. Ha sido una experiencia de 5 estrellas! La anfitriona ha sido amable y ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento! El entorno también nos ha gustado mucho, es una zona tranquila (eso era lo que buscábamos). Hemos hecho varias excursiones en familia y también hemos ido a conocer Valencia ciudad. En resumen todo ha estado genial, como para repetir sin dudas. Super recomendado!

Absolute perfect location. Only a few steps to Mercado square as well as most of old València. Flat was clean and comfortable and quite large…plenty of space for 4 adults. Could not figure out the moka pot so save our life so a coffee maker would have been nice, however, coffee is sold EVERYWHERE nearby. Great little bar right down the street (the Market). The Mercado was also awesome, bought a lot of food there but small inexpensive grocery store also nearby. Walked everywhere. Uber to airport was only €21. Would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great apartment for exploring Valencia - right by the metro and walkable to the beach. Really well set up apartment, and Gionata was the perfect host. Super helpful and friendly.

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en el piso. Estuvimos allí con mis padres que tienen más de 70 años y fue muy cómodo tener la playa a menos de 5min andando. La piscina maravillosa con poca gente. El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, menos "trapos de cocina". Totalmente recomendable, volveremos con gusto.

The terrace views are fantastic, the place is clean and the kitchen and the living room are very spacious. In the kitchen you will find a lot of useful appliances. The host is very quick to answer and helpful. You get a lot of useful tips before you arrive to the house. Be mindful that a walk to the beach is not an option until you are a fan of long distances, but the view overlooking the bay fully compensates it. The stairs in the house are quite steep so be aware of that when traveling with little kids. The only minus I can find in this house is the fact that after a few (4-5) people took a warm shower, the rest of us had to wait about an hour for hot water to arrive, but it was not very burdensome. Overall, highly recommended!

Hemos pasado unos días muy buenos en familia en esta casa. Casa amplia y con todas las necesidades que requeriamos. Las habitaciones son grandes y todas ellas con ventilador de techo. Además contaba con dos aires acondicionados, uno en la planta de arriba y otro en la planta de abajo que te permitía estar fresquito en los momentos de calor. Destacar la zona exterior con piscina y mesa cenador donde puedes comer y cenar sin problema y difrutando del exterior. Cuenta con una barbacoa exterior que también te permite hacer barbacoas y disfrutar aún más de la experiencia. Totalmente recomendable la casa para pasar unos días en familia.
