My girlfriend and I really enjoy Maria's place. My gf loved the balcony so much she spent most of the time out there. hehe. We ate all our meals there. As for the rest of the place, it was very roomy, spacious, the kitchen was very nice, air con in the bedroom works really well.

The place really offers exclusivity and tranquility with it’s lush green spaces and privy rooms. The outdoor gathering place was such a comfort for afternoon siesta or hang-outs. There is no cell reception which means detox from Socmed! It is very relaxing and everything is readily available at their kitchens both inside and outside if you want to cook. Give this place a try! You’ll get the hang of it!

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

The place was amazing, it is very convenient for commuters because you can just get off the bus and walk to the beach house. Very clean and Janeth is very accommodating.

Maison bien équipée et emplacement superbe, la piscine est un vrai plus. Séjour presque parfait, mais quelque peu gâché à la fin en raison d'un problème de sanitaires qui aurait pu être évité si l'hôte avait été présent lors du check out.

Loved the architectural design and overall functionality of the place. Although I think the spiral staircase can be considered a fall hazard from the top floor if you have kids/pets around. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Another thing is the indoor temperature. It can get humid in the afternoon especially within the living and dining rooms since these areas are only equipped with fans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back or at least recommend this to our friends & family. P.s. the famous Osmeña peak is also easily accessible from this place by riding a motorcycle or taking your own car to the jump-off point (25 to 30-minute drive). An early morning hike would be the perfect side trip, just like what we did.

Had a great stay here! I got a little sick and could extend one night fortunately. Sharon is an amazing host and human being 💖 she makes you feel at home, as she is very good at that. Bed was super super comfy and AC worked hella good. 10/10 would stay here again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house and the kitchen was well equipped and we felt right at home. The host was also responsive and easy to reach. The location is a little far from town but we enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it is, the place is by the beach and you get to enjoy beautiful sunsets. In the mornings there are fisher men selling their fresh catches so it was an awesome unique experience. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! The house is so spacious and the care takers Ate Mimie is so accommodating and friendly. The house is great value for the price you pay. We enjoyed cooking meals here and hosting a few of our friends one night for my birthday. Thank you!!
