Watch wild Dall Sheep graze on Sheep Mountain from your bed in The Blue Moon cabin at Little Bear Getaway Cabins, conveniently located 15 minutes from the Matanuska Glacier, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Clean and cozy, this authentic, hand built log abode has one queen and one twin bed, trundle bed, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, cutlery, table, and wifi. Blue Moon also boasts a new ensuite bathroom with sink, flush toilet, bathtub, and shower.

Schooner Lake Vacation Rental

This lake front rental is located off the Glenn Highway, nestled in the small community of Nelchina, on Schooner Lake (45 miles outside of Glennallen). Although techincally only one bedroom, this place offers a spacious 800 sq. feet of open living space on one story and provides spectacular views of the Chugach Mountains from the South facing windows. The location of the rental makes for a great home base to travel, as it is centerally located between Anchorage and Valdez.

Rest at Alaska Golden Guesthouse, a modern, second story log home, close to world class fishing, rafting, and Wrangell-St. Elias National Park. Located on our family homestead circa 1963, this is Grammie's home with some mobility aids available. Centrally located in the Copper River Country, this is a great base to explore the region or take day trips to Valdez, McCarthy, or Nabesna. The region is beautiful and full of history and culture. We are happy to share it with you.

The Johnson House Cottage

The cottage is a secluded guesthouse in a friendly neighborhood with spectacular views of the Knik Glacier and river. This retreat has room for up to four guests. It is an open floor plan with a double bed on the ground floor and twin beds in an upstairs loft. The kitchen has an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave. Propane BBQ on the deck and bathroom with a shower. Our cottage is not visible from the parking area so self check-in is not an option.
