The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

LA CASINA DI GIULIANA

Delizioso appartamento di circa 60 mq. completamente ristrutturato. Composto da ampio soggiorno con caminetto, divano e tv, cucina nuova e ben attrezzata con frigo, freezer, forno e lavastoviglie, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un grande bagno con doccia idromassaggio. Tettoia in legno esterna di fronte all'appartamento con ampio giardino privato che si affaccia sulla campagna. Posto auto privato coperto da cui si accede all'abitazione attraverso il cancello di ingresso della proprietà.

Podere Piazza ist ein Landgut, hat seinen Ursprung im 15. Jahrhundert, das Ferienhaus wurde Anfang 17. Jahrhundert erbaut. Podere Piazza war der Wohnsitz von Alessandro Cervini degli Spannocchi, der am 29 Mai 1747 zum Erzbischof von Siena ernannt wurde, er war ein Nobile di Montepulciano und Patrizier von Siena. Die Gebäude von Podere Piazza tragen noch heute sein Wappen. Somit erklärt sich auch unser Kirchlein, am Straßenabzweig, davor rechts zur Pinienallee und links in die Einfahrt.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.

News of Villa Bonelli are already present in the Leopoldian Catasto of 1825: a noble palace of three floors, which overlook a beautiful garden. Passing along the street you can see the secular magnolia protruding beyond the walls: from this garden Alessandro Manzoni admired the Tuscan countryside during his visits to his daughter Vittoria, married in Siena and residing in Villa Bonelli. The La Rosa apartment is suitable for up to four people.
