We visited the place in December 2024 on a weekend. The place is well maintained. has lots of trees and a beautiful garden around it. The care taker makes really amazing food . Do try out his barbecue chicken. Overall loved it and find it good for a family outing.

The place was good. the common toilet was leaking and leaving the floor wet but otherwise working condition. the floor needs to be cleaned under the bed and also above the cupboards as well. since I had pet cat so it was crawling under the bed and came out too dusty and messy. living rooms balcony can have lil darker curtain as it was too bright during the day. the door locks were lil difficult to use and the main door was tight and was getting stuck at times. the stair case needs bigger and brighter bulb as it was too dark after the evening and the given bulb was very dull. it would be great if you keep some mopping cloth to wipe things there and it can have some napkis or doormat which can be useful. but liked the property and it served our purpose. it wud had been great if the living room also offers AC during the summers . but thank you for hosting it was great experience

A hidden gem. Perfect for people who want peace and quiet. Also kitchen and other amenities were perfect. Would definitely recommend. Also staff is very courteous and helpful.

I booked this place at the last moment which is around 1900 hrs and checked in around 2130 hrs. The way Ankit managed the whole transaction is amazing over the phone. His communication was best and he knew what exactly travellers want. He asked me over the phone on the Dinner and what ever I insisted it was ready by the time I checked in to the facility. This Place is a value for the money and Anshul care taker is one of the best guy. I did not missed my home even though I am out of my home. Thanks a lot for your hospitality and I strongly recommend this place to everyone.

This is my 2nd stay in Airbnb and 1st in Mumbai. Mrs Neelu & her husband are very elderly couple. They are very friendly and soft spoken. I was taken care like a child during my stay asking about food, local travel, resting. So, without a second thought you can stay. And, last day of the checkout I had to attend an online meeting and I requested uncle and he was courteous to share his study room for that 1 hr. So, get there without any worries.

We stayed twice and it was nothing less than a 5 star experience. Our host Uday was extremely cooperative and approachable. The place is very spacious, spotlessly clean, state of art with amenities I never saw anywhere. Every minute detail is taken care of. Not to mention the stunning view of the Mumbai skyline from the property. The variety offered in the complimentary breakfast is mindblowing. Even if I was asked to mention a negative point, I wouldn't be able to find one. Total value for money. Overall a very, very pleasant experience. Thankyou so much, Uday for this perfect stay!

Shubham was very responsive to queries raised and did it promptly and accurately. All in all it was a good stay with the cook Jagat being of good help too

We stayed here for 2.5 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat is very cozy, clean, and has a great breakfast and very helpful caretakers who take good care of your needs. We felt quite at home. Check in and checkout was very easy and the host is super responsive. While the location is centrally located to get to anywhere in Mumbai, the only downfall was the neighborhood itself. It is safe but nothing really walking distance - it’s a very old and run down neighborhood. Otherwise a great stay and quick Uber ride to nice restaurants etc.

Staying at Manisha Ji’s place was a truly wonderful experience. I deeply appreciate her warmth and the thoughtful attention she gave to ensuring my comfort. She went above and beyond, even packing breakfast for me- a gesture that speaks volumes about her kindness. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Whenever I need a place to stay in Mumbai, this place will be my first choice. Cheers!

host and his wife are very good to communicate and very welcoming .The place is very nice they give lot of attention for our needs.. the staff is very polite and helpful.. the rooms are clean and have personal tv and fridge in the room the water of the swimming pool is very clean and bigger pool.and they have music in common place and everything is amazing feel like home.. host and his wife treated us like a family member. beach is only ten minutes walk highly recommend to visit this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Jaideep's place. The room was incredibly clean and the water pressure and temperature was great. I had both breakfast and dinner during my stay of two nights, which I highly recommend. The staff are all very friendly and will do their best to help you out. Jaideep himself was also very friendly and if I ever find myself in India again I wouldn't have to think twice about staying here again.

Sarita mam home stay is really awesome more than 5 star, she is very cooperative and her son Aman is always be ready for help you and and place is very neat and clean and very good location just near to oberoi mall and easy to get buses and transportation. Their staff Mithun is also very cooperative and prepared very good and fresh breakfast . It’s really awesome place in best price these days. All the families can stay there as they have environment like a family. Really awesome place to stay with family or solo
