This apartment feels like an oasis on a quiet street. It's in a great location with easy metro access and walkability. Thibaut was gracious and accommodating. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Jean Louie's! The apartment looks like in the pictures, it's close to lots of food places, including bakeries (1 minute away) and very diverse restaurants. It is well equipped, mattress comfortable and had plenty of towels. It's very bright, with large windows. you may want to bring your own shampoo or get one after you arrive. The building itself is very well maintained and cleaned, with an elevator that plays classical music. One of those little things that can brighten your day. Getting the keys from the neighbor was very easy and communication smooth. So was the departure. I highly recommend this place for a longer or shorter stay.

La communication avec Beauquartier était impeccable, messagerie instantanée + mail, toutes les instructions venaient à point nommé et parfaitement claires, et correspondaient très bien à la réalité. En deux mots comme en cent : une perle !

The neighborhood is, in my opinion, one of the most beautiful and authentic in Paris, and Carol's apartment reflects what, for me as an Italian, Paris is: romantic, charming, unpretentious, yet cozy, and furnished with simplicity, taste, and plants __ A delightful friend of Carol showed us how to access the apartment and described the house to us. We had a wonderful time!

Amazing week in Paris at Stephanie’s apartment. Amazingly located to the high end area by St Germain des près. The apartment was perfect for my daughter, and felt so peaceful despite its location. We loved that we could walk to Le Bon Marché in 10mn or the Seine and Le pont des Arts and Louvre in 10mn too, brilliant place to explore the city, in fact we walked everywhere by foot! The appartement was also beautifully decorated and felt special.

Marie's sweet, tiny apartment is a gem! Only a few stairs away from Sacré Coeur in a bustling neighborhood, the apartment itself though is quiet and a perfect place to stay. We loved it and would definitely come back, not least because Marie has been absolutely generous with the check-in and check-out times, which made our short trip so much more comfortable. Thank you, Marie!

Incredible apartment in a very walkable and fun neighborhood! It was very easy to get to, and we were able to find lots of fun places to eat and shop. It was great for nights out on the town and nights in cooking meals. Would absolutely stay again!

Fabulous bohemian apartment within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. Two metro stations nearby to get wherever you want and lots of restaurants within walking distance too. Road is bustling in the day and evening but up on the sixth floor it is a peaceful haven. My 80 year old Mum managed the stairs well so don’t let that put you off. Very well equipped and comfortable beds. My room had a fantastic view of the Paris rooftops and the Sacre Coeur in the distance which was magical when lit up at night.

We had a fabulous three night stay at Caroline‘s place, which was only an eight minute walk from our friends’ hotel. We loved that there were so many restaurant options near us and that the canal was just around the corner. The apartment is quite small, but efficient; the bathroom is clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee. We just need to carry our suitcases up the short series of steps which isn’t a problem, but it may be for others. Overall, because of the location and how compact this Airbnb was, we would recommend for Lowe’s looking to explore the day like we did.

Jean-Marc’s place was in a quiet building inspite of being close to the lively area of Moulan Rouge. There were many restaurants and shops to choose from for our daily needs. (Plus some upscale shops like Pierre Herme fir fancy macarons and chocolates.) It was 15 min walk up to the Sacre Coeur Basilica. Only thing I wished for was linens for the kitchen. I washed few glasses, cups, and plates every night and paper towels are thin in Europe to dry. So not a big problem, but a wish. We were allowed to check in few hours early due to our train schedule and that was so nice! Inna came to meet us and explained everything in the beginning. The elevator in the building was a plus! Overall, we had a nice stay!

The Appartment was good and price was fair. The location is not ideal but it is close the train and metro station.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. Everything was as described, the place was clean and I’d definitely stay there again. The road the Airbnb is on seems to be going through construction or something but that wasn’t an inconvenience. The neighborhood felt safe enough during the day but I didn’t feel so comfortable to leave the apartment at night when I was alone due to the location. It’s a bit removed from the buzz of downtown so there were many times I found myself nearly walking alone with not many others in sight. The co-host was very accommodating to a request I made to add a guest for one night. She found a way to make it work despite Airbnb not being able to make the changes on their end which was very much appreciated. The co-host did however seem a bit sensitive to my questions when I had them (defensive), which was slightly awkward, but at the end of the day every inquiry I had was answered timely and efficiently. Thanks for the good stay!

When I walked in the whole place subtly smelled like fresh clean laundry. It’s very minimalistic and felt beyond comfortable. When my mother and I returned from long days, we were so happy to come and enjoy the quiet and charm of this place. Stephane had everything available and if I had any question about any little thing, he was so kind and responsive and went above and beyond any host in my experience with Airbnb. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone else whom I know is going to Paris. Even though it’s a great bustling, area, it’s so quiet. I give it a ten rating!

Appartement idéal pour visiter Paris avec le métro de la ligne 12 juste au pied de l'appartement. Des commerces de proximité situé juste à côté Jeanne est très sympathique et accueillante. Un immense MERCI pour tout nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Absolutely loved our stay here! The place was super clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—so easy to get around. One of the sweetest touches was the little extras Suzie left, like beauty supplies and coffee (which honestly made my mornings so much better!). The bed was super comfy, and the pillows were amazing—I slept like a baby. The bathroom was spotless, and the whole space felt so cozy and warm, which was perfect after a long day exploring Paris. And I have to say, Suzie was an absolute gem! She was always in contact, replied within seconds, and made everything super easy with clear step-by-step guides. It honestly made the whole experience stress-free. Such a lovely stay, and I’d 100% book again!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour le logement est nickel et tout est à dispo. Le seul bémol concerne l’eau chaude, qui met beaucoup de temps à arriver. Cela aurait pu être compensé par un thermostat fonctionnel dans le jacuzzi, car une fois l’eau refroidie, il n’est malheureusement pas possible de réajuster la température.

2 eme séjour dans ce logement et toujours aussi excellent ✨

On a passé un séjour incroyable dans cet Airbnb ! L'espace était impeccable et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort dont nous avions besoin. Le jacuzzi et le sauna étaient des ajouts fantastiques, parfaits pour se détendre. L'hôte était très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à s'évader et à se ressourcer. Cinq étoiles bien méritées !

Vi har haft 5 fantastiske dage i Paris, ikke mindst på grund af Samuels autentiske og meget velplaceret lejlighed. Min datter og jeg var begge meget begejstret for lejlighedens charme. Vi havde hver et værelse at sove i og var meget tilfredse med sengene. Muligheden for at sidde og slappe af i sofaen, var også tiltrængt, efter dagens oplevelser i Paris. Køkkenet havde det vi skulle bruge og det var helt okay med adgang til toilettet fra lejlighedens gang og adgang til bad, fra et af værelserne. Det fungerede fint. Fantastisk udsigt over by og et lille kig til klokketårnet på Sacre Coeur. Fantastisk beliggenhed på charmerende Montmartre. Lejlighedens opgang ligger mellem to sæt trapper, hvilket er hyggeligt og forventelig i kvarteret men er du dårligt gående, kan det måske være en udfordring. Vi satte stor pris på elevatoren op til 6. sal Samuel har været en god vært og tilgængelig, hvis v havde spørsmål eller andet. Vi har været meget tilfred
