Karan is an amazing host. Our stay completely peaceful. The property is maintained really well, if you're looking for a stay in dehradun, loved the vibe and the greenary around the place.

Pros: The location was awesome Peaceful Property was clean The host kartikey was amazing Good communication and collaboration Food was amazing Hosting top level Wifi was good Cons: For Elderly people especially having joint or leg problem - I wont recommend this property since the path/route to the property is quite tricky. The property is 200 m downhill from the main road parking area. Overall , we had a wonderful stay( top notch view) and the Host Kartikey was amazing and made sure we don’t face any challenges. The check-in process was very smooth. I arrived quite late, but Roshmi had thoughtfully arranged everything in advance and let me know where to find the keys. The property was amazing—clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this stay!

I was a bit skeptical first as this was the first time I booked an Airbnb in Dehradun, Was not sure whether it'll be good to book a house or rather take a hotel. But when I arrived here, I felt like home. Mr. And mrs. Saxena are very welcoming, sensible and happy go lucky host who helped us everytime we needed help... I highly recommend this place for somebody who values their privacy, space and functionality. Since the location is serene and calm, one can enjoy in peace. Lastly I would like to thank Mr. And mrs. Great property... Better than the pictures listed in property listing. Clean,great aesthetic. From drawing room to washroom,this property does justice in all area.. Only map location marked seems bit incorrect so do follow the instructions mentioned by host. Else it is awesome place.

I recently visited Dehradun with my family and had informed Siddhant that I was traveling with a child. He ensured the rooms were thoroughly clean and maintained high standards of hygiene suitable for a baby. He was consistently prompt and responsive whenever I needed assistance. Even at 11 PM, despite all his properties being fully occupied, he went out of his way to provide an extra bed sheet from his own home when I requested. All the amenities were exactly as described. The property is peaceful, surrounded by stunning mountain views, and features a beautiful terrace – a perfect setting for a relaxing stay.

I visited the place with my little toddler , it was peaceful and secure The location is great near to dehradun Mussoorie everything that you'd love to do in Dehradun and around The place was clean and tidy the host was very responsive. theonly drawback was the view of the apartment was a little disturbed as there is some construction work going but you can still enjoy the mountain view. At the price I paid it was the best

I had an amazing experience at this place! Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, it's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. It's also conveniently located next to a popular Buddhist temple and viewpoint, making it easy to explore one of the main attractions on foot. A special mention to the owner and staff—who were not only polite and helpful but also provided valuable suggestions that made our travel experience even smoother. I’ll definitely be visiting again and highly recommend booking this place without any hesitation!

Great place on Mussorie road. Spotlessly maintained property makes you feel right at home. Host was very receptive and accommodative. The general area upto the apartment needs some cleaning, apart from that, great stay. Would definitely recommend

Recently i visited Rishikesh with my family and we opted to stay at The Happy Avenue II. The place is right on the spot with many eateries around and within walkable distance. Its close to Lakshman Jhula and despite heavy inflow of tourist and jammed roads, we easily got an autorikshaw for reaching Ram Jhula and Parmarth Niketan for Ganga Arti. The accommodation was very well setup and clean. Rooms are spacious and have all amenities that you want… one thing to note that the location is within the market and during weekends it becomes very crowded and difficult to locate the entry of apartment…So you need to be extra careful and watching out for the entry Gate… The house help was always responsive and helpful…Overall we had a comfortable stay
