There are a very less places which I've been able to call the best and Bijo's place is one that list. The check-in was smooth, place is very peaceful, good and safe parking, well stacked kitchenette and definitely clean. Bijo is definitely a great host , very well spoken and considerate which is rare. Happy to have stayed here and will be back again and again and again.

I would like to thank Sapna for the beautiful stay. The beaches are walkable from the house. The house had all the amenities and that made our stay comfortable. The society was safe and gated.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

This was very comfortable, neat, clean and absolutely worth the cost. My husband was here for work so and it was super close to where we needed to be, with shops nearby and it was also like a home away from home. love that i could get my coffee as I woke up because of the kitchen. I hate bottled water and they had a well maintained water purifier so it was just as I liked it. And I work from home so the internet was a blessing. I got more work done here because of the peace and quiet. If you want a comfortable, home like atmosphere where all the amenities are perfect and there is peace and quiet around, then this is the place to be. the beach is walking distance from the flat and it's beautiful.

Stayed at Goan Imperial Holidays and had a wonderful time! The apartment was spacious, close to Varca Beach, and the pool was a delight. Bhavna, our host, was warm and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay at this property. I am really impressed and very happy to find such a nice host Mr.Dubinsky and other co-hosts. We had booking for only one day and needed to check in early in the morning 5 o'clock. Our host was so cooperative and allowed us early check in. I am really very grateful for this act of him. Talking about the location, it is 6.5 km from Madgaon railway station. Colva, benulim and many beaches are just 2-3km away from the property. Great location. The rooms were neat and clean with pristine kitchen and utensils. Everything was working properly. As soon we needed anything Host was proactive in providing the solution. At the end I will say this Is the place for all those who are looking to stay with friends, family and loved ones. Totally worth it.

The place is compact and cozy, providing a comfortable stay for 4 members. Property is very clean and equipped. Mr. Durgesh, our host, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and responsive. We truly appreciate his hospitality and would lobe to stay here again.

We enjoyed your stay, it had everything that was mentioned. We even had our privacy. They were flexible in check-out just had to pay additional amount. On our arrival they gave us list to do in Goa. Everything was good, But due to renovation work it was noisy and our kid used to get cranky. The work use to start at 9am. We would surely visit again, but will make sure there is no active renovation work-in progress.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

It was a great experience. The place exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and peaceful. The caretaker was responsible and friendly. Completely worth your time and money. Would highly recommend.

What began as a random Airbnb search turned into the best decision of our lives. Zak’s place in Majorda, Goa, was home for 3+ weeks and gave us the most memorable vacation ever. Zak is warm, responsive, and respects your space while being great company if you wish. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, nestled in a serene 24,000 sqft property surrounded by trees. It’s spotless, with a fully equipped kitchen and regular housekeeping. A major highlight—Zak’s four loving dogs: Kulfi, KingKong, Jack, and Poo-Poo. Our son adored them, and they became part of our daily joy. Beaches like Majorda, Sunset, Colva, and Varca are close by. Sunset Beach became our favorite—clean, quiet, and charming. Don't miss Martin’s Corner and Oscar Junction nearby. A self-drive car is a plus. We came for a break but found a place that felt like home. Parting was emotional—we left as friends, already dreaming of coming back.

In my next visit to South Goa even If I have to pay double of what i paid for this Appartment I am still going to stay in here.once again. Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this place.

The host was very friendly and she was very responsive. The place was nearby to the major beaches and cafes around the place were so so good. She prepared everyday itinerary and would send that in the early morning. She checked on us time to time and the services were top notch. All the things that she recommended were commendable and she handles us very politely. Looking forward to stay at her place again in future.

The host is a lovely person! She helped us out with almost everything and did what no other host would do and made us feel special. The property is very well maintained and spotless absolutely everything you need and more. The furnishings, the choice of colours and cleanliness is amazing. We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — just a short scooty ride to the beaches. The area was very calm and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. Would definitely love to come back!

The accomodation was great with spacious rooms, nearby restaurants with good food and better beaches. Belanti was a great host who ensured the stay was comfortable and that we did not face any hassles.

Our stay at Costa montage was lovely. The rooms were clean and perfect for a getaway in South Goa. Ritu's detailed colorful interiors made our stay much more lively. Great facilities with the beach a stone throw away and safe vicinity. Thank you for hosting us, definitely recommend the place. 💯
