We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The house was beautiful inside. Plenty of kitchen space and a bar in the basement. We were 3 blocks from the Salmon River were we got some salmon fishing in.

This was the most private and peaceful location for a three day girl’s weekend. The place is beautifully decorated, cozy and sparkling clean. There was even a record player with a nice variety of albums. We were all able to relax and felt so welcomed here. Kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Jemma left us some fresh juice, milk, cream, eggs and bagels for breakfast which was a nice surprise. Beds were very comfy and made up with quality bedding. Jemma was friendly and went out of her way to attend to any concerns. Seeing the animals on the property made our stay that much more special. This is the best rental I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. I would definitely stay here again and will most likely return in the spring for another visit.

The location is just as pictured and both Christine and Jeff are very friendly and outgoing people. The place is very clean and well stocked with whatever you may need during your stay. The kitchen had fresh eggs from their chickens and plenty of spices and items that you will need for cooking. Plenty of hot water as well which was great! They even provide a binder with things to do in the area and places to eat. Very well thought out and very helpful since our party traveled 3-4 hrs to get there. If you forget something, not a problem, there are plenty of places to shop close by. I highly recommend this location and am looking forward to staying here again! Thanks for the great accommodations!

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Jenna was great from booking to check-out! The house was easy to find and easy to access.

We had a great time and enjoyed the cabin and the access to the trails for our side by side. Will be back again.

Had an absolutely lovely stay at Cassandra’s place. The house was beautiful, clean and fun - decorated with baseball themed decor which added to the Cooperstown experience. The house is large with a lot of space & a big backyard. A highlight is the basement arcade which has something for everyone - great for a rainy day! Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a WONDERFUL stay in Manilas! Marchelle's place is absolutely AMAZING! The location and the property is so beautiful! Everything at the home is so clean, and it is so warm and inviting! Our family had a wonderful gathering this weekend! I could NOT have picked a more perfect place for us to stay with our recent visit!!! Marchelle was exceptional with her communication and information to make it an easy in and out stay! She went above and beyond with her communication and reaching out to welcome us into her wonderful home! Thank you so much! We will DEFINITELY stay here again with our return to the Syracuse area! Like many of the other reviews, this place is better in person! it is secluded but feels very safe, lots of space to release your anxiety from wherever you are traveling, there’s abundant amount of materials and things to do provided by Theresa, very responsive and the cabin was decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail and you will feel it as soon as you walk in. The cabin is also very clean and feels it was built with good and new materials. We went to the cobleskill flea market and it was amazing. We will definitely look to come back in a different season to enjoy the heat or maybe the frozen pond!

Kelly was such a great host. Everything was ready for us, she was proactive in getting us everything we needed. The place was super clean and cozy. Everyone felt right at home. Would definitely do again.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time. We kayaked up the river and saw beavers and lots of birds. the amenities were great. very cute cabin with a fantastic view

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house felt comfortable and clean from the second we walked in. Definitely a great stay when looking to ride. Close to restaurants and some cool trail systems!

We really enjoyed the snag and drag. Cozy little cottage was perfect for our snowmobile trip. Located directly on the trail. Had everything we needed to cook our meals and relax after long days of riding. John was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Would definitely go back again.

The house is absolutely stunning and is set in a beautiful wooded area that has the feel of total seclusion but you are in a neighborhood with walking trails to a gorgeous lake and much more. We attended a family wedding and were able to comfortably transition from outdoor activity to formal dress! We were able to cook with plenty of cook ware/utensils. Highly recommend this home. Lastly, Michael was extremely responsive when we had questions.

The Little Moose Lodge is EXACTLY as described and pictured -- which is to say: adorable and wonderful! Chris is a FANTASTIC host! Super communicative and accommodating. He has set-up a charming stay, extremely close to the Erie Canal Trail for any cyclists. We will ask to stay again and again when we return to the area.
