My co-workers and I were here for a work retreat and we absolutely loved staying at Shara’s place! It was so comfy, had amazing amenities, and felt so homey, like coming home to your mom’s house after being away. Kitchen was well stocked with lots of small appliances, great coffee bar, etc. I would recommend this house to anyone! We didn’t want to leave at the end of our stay! Thanks again to the Louder family for making this an incredible stay.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is amazing!! Outdoor area is beautiful as well. Central for exploring all the beauty the area has to offer. Close to Zion, Bryce, lake Powell and the slot canyons. Helpful responsive hosts.

Gary is a great host and we will come back as soon as we are back in Kanab to visit Best Friends. The home is truly tastefully decorated with southwest accents such as intricate mosaics as you enter and the shower as well. The house is right next to a huge dog run that is well maintained. Gary also exemplifies what it takes to be a great host by answering our questions promptly. He also helped us find hikes when we were not volunteering at Best Friends. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely loved our stay! Tim and the Zion Stay team were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The property itself is gorgeous—spacious and beautifully maintained. It’s located in a lovely, quiet community that’s also super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

We went with our family ( 3 teens and my husband and I) to explore national parks, state parks and other sites of southern Utah over spring break. House was spacious for 5 of us. Really nice town of Kanab. Great home base for our daily excursions. Loved the view of nearby hills. Very quiet street that my boys used to throw a baseball around. They also loved the ping pong table and the piano. The kitchen was stocked not just with utensils and dishes but some basic spices, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, oil, etc. the washer and dryer was also great since hiking on trails and in rivers was sometimes messy and great to be able to clean up ( and pack lighter). We.had a great time and this place really felt like a home away from home. On a side note-Our kids are bigger now but remembered traveling with younger kids- there was a lot available for little kids (baby equipment, unbreakable dishes/cups, kids books, kids movies, games, toys, craft supplies).

This house has everything you could want or need for the perfect vacation. Comfortable beds, bidets, outdoor shower, traeger grill with pellets, 2 pickleball courts with paddles and balls and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The host opened the pool for us even though the listing said it wasn’t open until May. It was not heated but the kids didn’t care and they loved swimming and then getting in the hot tub. Tons of outdoor seating. It was super private and in the perfect quiet neighborhood. We have reservations at another location for the next few days and then we plan to come back! Book this house, you won’t regret it!

We had an amazing stay and felt right at home! The location was central to Zion & Bryce, plus our trips to see sites in nearby AZ. We greatly enjoyed our time in the hot tub and cooking on the grill, then eating outside on the covered patio. The home was very comfortable and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this home when visiting the region!

Loved this house so much! It was thoughtfully laid out, updated, and decorated. Looks exactly as good as the photos. Our group of 7 adults had plenty of space to spread out, rest, hang out, and cook. We used both the indoor and outdoor dining room tables. The kitchen was especially well equipped and we loved having so many bathrooms. This was a great location to walkable restaurants in Kanab, as well as Zion, Bryce, and local Utah spots. Hosts were proactive and responsive!

My daughter and I had such a lovely stay! The space felt so cozy and peaceful—it really felt like a little home away from home. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Irene went above and beyond by sending me some personal items I accidentally left behind, and I truly appreciate her kindness. She also checked in during our stay, which made us feel really cared for. She’s a wonderful and thoughtful hostess. Thank you again!

Great place in Salt Lake! Nice place for families or groups to stay. Kids liked the hot tub and I loved the kitchen. Beds were comfortable, extra bedding, pillows and extra towels were awesome too!

This spot was fantastic for our trip to Zion! Neighborhood is very peaceful and it was nice knowing the owners lived onsite in case we needed anything. Everything was as described and we had a fantastic stay. Only piece of advice is not to flush the toilet if someone is taking a shower; the shower water will become burning hot.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Homeowner was there while I was. Super nice lady. Kanab is a very cool area as well. Internet speed is great for remote work. Highly recommended!

Such a great place to stay. The air bnb was beautiful and as described plus some. Lots of upgraded amenities. The location is great to get around. Very quiet and peaceful during off season. Parking was a breeze. We loved everything about the condo. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Andy went above and beyond for us! He was very accommodating and replied quickly. Andy saved the day for my friends and I on a a ski trip when our prior plans had fallen through! I highly recommend this cozy cabin vibe and beautiful mountains near by. Lots of board games and a hot tub near by as well!

We stayed here at a different building a few years ago and it was great. So we booked it again. Although we were on the 3rd floor last time much better. A few things are the light in the kitchen flickered and same in the bathroom. Either or it was exactly what we needed. Next time we go to Zions we will stay here again. P.S the new lazy river and slide were a hit and we always enjoy the gym. It wasn't as clean as last time but it did what it needed to. Thanks for having us.

The hospitality was outstanding. We inquired if there was a humidifier in the unit. Unfortunately there wasn’t but we had one in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this unit

Had a fantastic time at this place. From The moment we booked Patty was super communicative making sure we had everything we needed covered for a wonderful trip. The location is perfect. A minute from door to trail, ice skating, apre ski bars, bus stop. The condo is super with all amenities and the kids loved the loft/bunk beds with a great view.

We had a terrific trip to Park City / Canyons and we could not have asked for a more perfect location - less than 2 minutes by foot from Canyons base. The room was cozy, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed; the gym and common spaces were excellent. And the staff were helpful and kind. The host was responsive and incredibly helpful. We’d stay here again in a minute! Thank you!
