Tyler's communication was wonderful and the apartment was as advertised. There is adequate parking and it couldn't be more conveniently located, right next door to a grocery store and within walking distance of great restaurants. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter's graduation from BYU. We would definitely consider a return visit.

The place was super clean and very guest-friendly. Decorations were nice and appliances were up to date. They made the whole experience very easy and comforting. If you want somewhere to stay for the night outside of Salt Lake City, this is the spot.

Nice place, quiet neighborhood

Andrea’s place was perfect for our weekend of skiing. It was so close to the Cottonwood Canyon (both Big and Little) that it made skiing such a breeze. Would 10/10 recommend staying here!

Perfect location and just a short walk to nearby restaurants and activities. Love the old brick touches and very well though out redesign into appts. Has everything you need. Just across the street from grocery store too. Plenty of parking for guests nearby. Quiet and comfortable. Though you can hear the squeaky floors from upstair neighbors. But considering it's an old church, it added to the charm. Handy laundry in the bathroom. Didn't know the coffee table could stand up but nice touch. Plenty of space. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future!!!! Communication was great. Thank you Tyler!

The place was clean, very peaceful and Joe and his team made the experience great. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ve enjoyed it every time.

Beautiful home, it was a big family gathering and we were all able to fit comfortably! The theater area was exquisite! my husband is a movie lover so you can only imagine, we ended our night by watching a nice family movie together in the theater area. It was nice & stocked from hot coco to coffee & other items to shower, clean towels etc it was wonderful thank you for having us!

Wonderful basement apartment. Has all amenities you need for a stay and a well stocked kitchen is always a plus. Laurel is a great host, always responsive and helped us with many things….going above and beyond :)

We had a great stay at this townhome! It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The driveway parking was a huge bonus — easy to access and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This house is FABULOUS and Shad was an amazing host. Hot tub was wonderful and clean, house immaculate and decorated gorgeously, beds comfortable, and stocked so well with anything we would need. We had an incredible time and I would come back in a heartbeat. There was so much to do at the house, we didn’t even get to them all! Such a great find in a gorgeous location.

We stayed here for a month in the winter so we could ski. It was 20-30 minutes to all the cottonwood resorts. My partner and I both work remote jobs and Aaron’s home had fast WiFi. Our dog loved having the big fenced in yard. It was also great having a fast EV charger. The kitchen also had everything you need for an extended stay. The appliances are really nice.

This listing is in a beautiful neighborhood. Even though it is more on the west side of Provo, it is still very convenient to get to the BYU campus. The basement apartment is extremely clean. Torrey was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.
