These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. It has been an absolute honor and a privilege to welcome guests from all walks of life. It is located in the hamlet of Catignano in Gambassi Terme, just a few kilometres from San Gimignano. The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. A unique experience entirely to be enjoyed.

A un passo dalle città d'arte della Toscana e dal mare, siamo in una zona di grande interesse per la flora e la fauna selvatica e contornata da ville storiche, protetta dal vincolo paesaggistico; la strada che porta da noi, circa un Km, fa parte di questo patrimonio, non può essere asfaltata ed è un po' sconnessa. Per raggiungerci dovrete fare un un piccolo sforzo, affrontabile con una qualsiasi auto. Troverete in cambio silenzio, tranquillità e la nostra accoglienza.

It is composed of a hall, a balcony, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, two large bedrooms with double beds and a bright and comfortable living room with a double sofa bed. There are two extra single beds in the bedrooms. The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
