This apartment was cozy. It was clean and nice decorated. Like it’s shown in the pictures. It is very close to the beach and not far from Porto city. We had a nice time there.

João is an exemplary guest, always ready to help and immediate in his answers. The apartment has such marvelous trees as neighbors and, if you can hear them, they will sing you beautiful songs. This is a peaceful area within the city where you can have a contemplative rest. I would recommend walking barefoot among those lovely trees. Stay here, rest deeply and breath.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a Porto chez João, l'appartement est très bien placé, 20-25 min à pied de la mer. João à été super pour nous présenter le quartier a notre arrivé en français puisque nous ne parlons pas anglais ni portugais. Si nous devons revenir sur Porto nous reviendrons les yeux fermé chez João ;)

Hemos estado muy bien alojados, totalmente recomendado. El propietario muy atento a todo muy amable y agradable. El piso es muy acogedor y genial para pasar las vacaciones tanto en familia coml con amigos.

I spent a wonderful month in Matosinhos, the apartment was functional, very clean, and very well located. Joao is a very helpful and welcoming host , nothing wrong ;)

Ótimo lugar, muito bem equipado, tudo funciona, muito próximo ao Metro o que facilita o deslocamento. O João é muito amável e prestativo!!! Comunicação rápida e eficoente . Nos passou ótimas dicas!!! Certamente retornaremos!!!
