Great guest who I would be happy to host again - respected the house rules, communication was smooth, and the house was left in good order.

I always seem to say the same thing. As an 'away' host, I don't get to meet my guests, but I do find I develop a connection with them all, many who have returned several times. I feel that way through the communication with Joseph and all. He was easy to correspond with throughout the pre-planning stages of their trip. I hope they enjoyed their stay as much as I enjoyed having such decent, friendly guests in my home.

Joseph and B. is the NICEST couple, polite, and very interesting to talk with. They left the apartment in excellent condition, and I would really love to see them again, anytime. Highly recommended!!

Joseph and his girlfriend were very gracious guests. He has wonderful communication skills, and since I was managing the house at a distance for his stay, this made everything much easier. We were easily able to sort out any issues, and he treated the house as if it were his own. He is welcome to come back any time.
