We are situated about a 10 min drive to beginning of northern end of Abel Tasman Nat Park. Continental Breakfast which includes cereals, fresh fruit,bread,milk and spreads. We have two rooms available, both of which you will have to yourselves on booking. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the other in the main area has a King size bed. Also separate laundry/toilet/shower area. Private entry and completely private to our upstairs dwelling. We are also a very quiet household so keep that in mind

The host's partner has developed an extensive network of tracks , some easy walks and some more challenging, with great views of the bay.

Cosy, zen studio in the heart of Takaka village

Welcome to our garden property just 100m from the main Takaka shops. The studio is large and cosy with its own bathroom. You will enjoy privacy with your own deck but we are always around for a chat and love meeting new people. There are no cooking facilities (but we do have a fridge, kettle, toaster etc so you can enjoy your morning coffee and muesli etc). You are just two minutes stroll away from some truly great cafes and restaurants - The Wholemeal Cafe is our favourite, open 7 days.

Romantic Getaway - The Caboose

Romantic Getaway. The Caboose is a handcrafted replica of a train carriage, with a small private garden. Set on a half acre property next to our historic farmhouse, centrally located at the outskirts of Motupipi, at the eastern side of Golden Bay, only 5 minutes drive from the beach and 5 minutes from Takaka township. The outdoor shower, bath and toilet are all in the private garden that can be accessed with stairs from the side of the balcony of The Caboose. Full cell phone coverage.

Situated outside of the delightful township of Motueka we have built this tiny retreat and are super excited to be able to offer this unique accommodation experience to others. Our unique Flax Pod cabin is a repurposed shipping container with epic views of Golden Bay. It suits a relaxed couple, has a comfy queen bed, sofa and kitchenette. Large bi-folding doors open onto a deck where you can totally relax, enjoy a cold beer, sink into a quirky hot tub and soak up the sea views. Its in a great location and a great base to explore Golden Bay from. Enjoy getting back to the basics, dozing in a hammock, a friendly weka or two and a spectacular night sky.

With walking distance to a quiet peaceful beach . Golden bay is full of other attractions and the accommodation is right in the middle of it. Our family of four live near by and will respect your privacy but the same time we are here to help you out with any questions you may have .

The Chalet is a cosy retreat tucked away in our organic gardens. It has a well equiped kitchen, a log burner for those winter nights and Starlink Wifi. The Lodge offers private beach access and a shared spa pool with expansive views across the ocean. Take a stroll through 4ha of gardens and feel free to sample fruits from our organic orchards. The Chalet has garden views only, if you prefer sea views we can offer you The Bach, The Cabin, The Cottage or The Lodge main house.

Quiet and cosy Motueka

The master bedroom and en-suite in my home is set up as a private Airbnb room. It has its own car parking area, entrance door, and kitchenette. I live in the rest of the house. So its like staying in your own motel room but without that usual bland and touristy motel feeling.
