A microwave, kettle, mini-fridge and crockery make up the kitchen area. There is free wifi and a digital radio with bluetooth. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Whether you are into mountain biking, hiking, fishing, skiing, or simply chilling, The Drey is the perfect base for an unforgettable trip.

Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove. Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!
