What a beautiful place. So tranquil. Despite other guests being in the other houses dotted around the same garden we never bumped in to them - it felt private and intimate. The garden is so beautiful, well looked after with good views down the valley. The house is cool and quiet, felt rustic and authentic but not dated or dusty, it managed to strike that balance really well. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive, always quick to let us know about the place and had loads to recommend in the area. And Alba, the matriarch of this oasis, was just the sweetest and warmest person ever. So friendly and welcoming. She gave us both a big hug when we got there and I only wish I spoke some Italian to be able to thank her for everything. She brought us loads of delicious baked goods and just seemed so happy to have us there. Overall a really wonderful and memorable trip. The only regret is not booking one week later! The day we left the pool opened for the summer. We'll just have to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

Logement propre et spacieux. Isolé, dans un endroit très calme et magnifique. Nous avons apprécié nos soirées derrière la maison, au soleil, avec vue sur la montagne. La literie est de bonne qualité. La voiture est indispensable... Ander est très réactif et a répondu à nos questions rapidement...

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

A short while ago, we (4 adults of the same family) stayed in this house. It is located nearby lake Trashmeno and you can have a great view from the house. The traditional house is surrounded with a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool. The house is specious, a big living room and a well equipped kitchen. It is clean. Above all, The hosts Sheetal and Vittorio are super helpful. They waited us at the door steps, gave us all the detailed information about What to do, Where to eat & drink, supermarket, etc. and also helped us to make a restaurant reservation. They responded to our questions throughout with detailed information and links. They are the best hosts to us. Sheetal and Vittorio, many thanks. If we could, we'd like to spend our holiday here again. It is highly recommended.

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Un séjour exceptionnel ! La maison est vraiment magnifique, le jardin est immense et splendide. L’appartement est parfaitement aménagé, nous y avons passé 10 jours avec nos deux enfants et nous n’avons manqué de rien ! Il y a un petit jardin privé avec terrasse ainsi que le grand jardin de la propriété, une piscine magnifique, des oliviers à perte de vue. La vue panoramique est incroyable de jour comme de nuit ! Stefano et sa famille sont d’une grande gentillesse et toujours disponible ! Nous garderons un souvenir impérissable de ce séjour et espérons revenir très vite dans ce petit coin de paradis ! Immense merci à Stefano !

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

Perfekte Oase für einen Familienurlaub Die Lage ist einfach herrlich – abgeschieden und ruhig, weit weg von der Hektik des Alltags. Das weitläufige Grundstück ist ein echtes Highlight: Es gibt schöne Pergolas, die zum Essen, Spielen und Entspannen im Freien einladen. Der Pool ist fantastisch – er wird täglich gereinigt, bietet bequeme Liegen und ausreichend Sonnenschirme. Besonders schätzten wir, dass das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist, was es ideal für Haustiere macht. Die Schlafzimmer sind charmant eingerichtet, mit bequemen Betten, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Auch die Sauberkeit war top – mit einer gründlichen Zwischenreinigung nach einer Woche. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die schnelle und kompetente Beantwortung all unserer Fragen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für einen unvergesslichen Familienurlaub, den wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen können.

Villa was beautiful and comfortable. Very stocked kitchen and spacious for our group of 7 people. Gigi was very helpful with recommendations in the area.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

La casa di Denyse è davvero bellissima. Nuova e pulitissima. Dotata di tutti i comfort. Abbiamo sfruttato molto lo spazio esterno. Zona estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Come da annuncio, io consiglio l’uso dell’automobile. Noi siamo arrivati in treno però, e abbiamo girato la zona a piedi o con i mezzi. La stazione del treno dista circa 15 minuti a piedi. Noi siamo grandi camminatori, per cui non è stato un problema. La pulizia è davvero meticolosa e attenta. Consiglio questa casa a tutti.

posto tranquillo sia per noi che per il nostro cane che ha fatto subito amicizia con i 2 cani dell'host (Bretta e Charly)❤️❤️❤️ , torneremo appena possibile!!!

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Elisa was very attentive at my arrival and very gentle. The house environment mirroed the warm welcome, and she was so kind to offer on homem ade cake that made my day. The surroundings with nature and birds let me relax as the beautiful garden Elise and Cesare have, as well as their cute cats. I loved the home as it has a sustainble looks and comfort. Will certainly come back sometime. Thank you Elise for all the careful attention!

L'alloggio é meraviglioso, immerso nella natura. Era tutto in ordine e tutto pulito. La cucina disponeva di tutto il necessario per cucinare (spezie, olio etc...) . Un plauso va dato a Steve ed ai suoi due dolci cani, sempre disponibili e gentili. Steve é un ottimo host e si é reso sempre disponibile fin dall'inizio, dove é venuto a prenderci prima della strada bianca con il suo fuoristrada. Durante il soggiorno ci sono state necessarie delle medicine che non avevamo portato e ce le ha fornite lui un attimo dopo avergli scritto. Soggiorno incredibile, in un posto incredibile, gestito da una persona incredibile. super consigliato! thank you Steve, Jill and Jack :)

Ein sehr originelles und günstig gelegenes Loft mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Urbino.

Gwenda e i suoi genitori sono stati molto gentili e ospitali, è stato come essere in famiglia. Ci hanno dato la piena disponibilità del loro orto, la signora Manuela ci ha preparato diversi piatti molto buoni e ci ha pure offerto un'ottima torta fatta in casa. Ottima posizione, si trova ad un'ora da Assisi e Gubbio, è immerso nel verde ed è adatto alle famiglie con bimbi, mio figlio ha adorato gli animali dei proprietari. La piscina è stupenda, peccato non essere riusciti a sfruttarla per il tempo non bellissimo. Grazie di tutto!! :) Grazie Gwenda per averci mandato la posizione esatta!!!
