Die Villa ist groß und komfortabel mit einem herrlichen Garten und Sitzplätzen in allen Himmelsrichtungen. Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Man erreicht Stockholm mit Bus und Bahn in kurzer Zeit.

We had a phenomenal stay at Jakob's house with pool in Stockholm. The location is great: quiet, but with shopping and restaurants within walking distance, and with good public transport to the center of Stockholm. The spacious house is furnished with great taste and style and is fully equipped. Everything was available in the kitchen, and the sound system and projector are awesome. Jakob is a great host, and he answered questions very quickly. We will be happy to come back to Stockholm, and very happy to come back to Jakob's house - thank you for everything!

Die Villa Sjöman ist der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub mit mehreren Personen (Familie und/oder Freunde). Sie liegt etwa 10 Minuten vom Festland entfernt und ist - was wir ganz toll fanden - nur mit einem Boot zu erreichen Sie bietet innen und außen sehr viel Platz, sie liegt direkt am See, man kann baden, es werden SUPs und Kajaks zur Verfügung von Emelie und Jacob zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, es gibt zwei Bäder und ist hübsch und modern eingerichtet. Jacob hat uns beim Check in alles sehr ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt und ist mit uns auch die nähere Umgebung mit dem Boot abgefahren. Der Kontakt mit Emelie und Jacob ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, herzlich und unkompliziert. Sie sind top Gastgeber. Besser geht’s nicht! Vielen Dank nochmal für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt.

Vi hade en toppenvistelse. Huset var stort, fint och välutrustat. Stor tomt med härligt spabad, studsmatta, gunga, pingisbord. Värden var mycket lätt och trevlig att kommunicera med. Väldigt trevligt med en flaska bubbel också som välkomstpresent när vi hade checkat in :)

Hem estat vuit dies en aquesta casa, el lloc és preciós, molt ben comunicat, la casa és gran, ampla i molt còmoda. A la cuina i al bany hem tingut tot el que hem necessitat. Cloe i Fredrik han estat molt atents i cada vegada que hem tingut algun dubte o hem necessitat alguna cosa la comunicació ha sigut molt ràpida, han estat molt atents. Esperem poder tornar!

Fantastic 2 bedroom getaway 30 mins car ride outside of Stockholm. Super calm and picturesque surroundings. Amazing amenities to host larger groups up to 6. Very responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

Birgitta war eine herzliche und rücksichtsvolle Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 12 Personen. Gut zu wissen: auf dem Grundstück sind zwei weitere Gebäude bewohnt, zu einem davon gehören 3 Hunde die im Bereich der Einfahrt frei laufen

Meget fint hus i rolige omgivelser og alligevel tæt på alt hvad Stockholm byder på. 10-12 minutters gang til Åkeshov Tunnelbanestation så meget let at komme ind til byen

Jonas is an amazing host who met us at the house, showed us everything, and allowed us to use his beautiful pool. What a gorgeous home with lovely design and every comfort. Jonas was available throughout our stay as we asked questions. We felt so at home in this lush, quiet, comfortable setting. If you are visiting Stockholm this is a wonderful accommodation. Vi hade en underbar helg i detta hus för min systers möhippa. Frida var en riktigt toppen värd! Snabb på att svara, enkel och hjälpsam! Vi fick till och med komma dit dagen innan för att pynta och förbereda. Kan starkt rekommendera!🌸🌸

Tomas und Vivika waren uns die besten Gastgeber die wir uns denken konnten. Das Haus liegt traumhaft und ruhig in einem kleinen Waldgebiet mit ganz vielen alten Eichen. In den späten Abend und frühen Morgenstunden haben wir, beinahe jeden Tag, direkt am Haus Damwild beobachten können. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Städtchen Mariefred direkt am See Mälaren mit seinem schönen Schloss Gripsholm gelegen, ist durch einen kurzen und schönen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht und das quirlige Leben einer Stadt in Reichweite haben möchte, ist das Haus ein idealer Ort für Ausflüge z.B. für Stockholm und um die Gegend zu erkunden. Stockholm kann man von dort sehr gut mit dem Zug erreichen. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben unter anderem einen Tagesausflug in die tolle Astrid Lindgrens Värld (3.15 Std. Fahrtzeit) und zu einem Elchpark (3.30 Std. Fahrtzeit) unternommen. Zusammengefasst, toll und gerne wieder.

Wir haben zu viert eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Wasser ist einzigartig, gut gelegen für Ausflüge nach Stockholm oder in die Schären und sehr ruhig. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ausgezeichnet ausgestattet, charmant und schön eingerichtet - es hat alles, was man braucht und sehr viel Platz. Wir haben uns sofort darin wohl gefühlt. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfreiche Gastgeberin, die immer schnell unsere Fragen beantwortet hat. Sie hat uns auch gute Restauranttipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Es war wirklich eine unvergessliche Erfahrung und wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Vi hade en fantastisk helg på Ornö! Huset ligger vackert med sjöutsikt och väldigt nära till strand/brygga. Arne var tillgänglig och så till att vi kom in ordentligt när vi anlände. Det stora trädäcket som löper runt hela huset gjorde att juset kändes stort och lyxigt, vilket set också är. Trädäcket förstärkte bara känslan av rymd. Alla rum var fräscha och mysiga och både kök och badrum var i toppklass. Vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka till Arnes hus!

En fantastisk vistelse med otrolig utsikt och ett mycket mysigt boende. Vi uppskattade verkligen lugnet, den privata känslan och Stora Jakutsin på terrassen – en perfekt plats för avkoppling. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och snabb med att svara. Vi kommer definitivt att boka igen!

We had a wonderful stay in the house and really loved everything about it. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a little beach nearby. We even saw an elk walk by. It‘s easy to go to Stockholm by bus from the commuter parking nearby. The pool was great fun. The beds are really comfy and the house is very well equipped. Alexander is a great host and super nice and we can highly recommend this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Sigtuna, and I couldn't be more impressed! The highlight of the property is the huge back deck, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the serene surroundings. The large swimming pool adds to the charm, creating a perfect relaxation spot. Sigtuna itself is enchanting, with its quaint streets and rich history. The house embodies this charm, making it a delightful retreat. The peaceful location truly enhances the experience, allowing for a tranquil getaway. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to unwind in a picturesque setting. You won't be disappointed!

Hadde en fin ferieuke i Caroline og Erik’s hus, alt stemte som beskrevet og på bildene. Husvertens var lette og imøtekommende å kommunisere med, og fleksible i forhold til våre behov for lengre opphold. Poolhuset og bassenget var perfekt både for late sommerdager og for spillkvelder med familien. Vi var seks personer, og hadde i tillegg til huset, annekset, noe som ga oss god plass. Huset var sjarmerende, ryddig og godt organisert. Og bokhyllene hadde bøker helt etter min smak 😉 Rett og slett et behagelig og inspirerende hus å feriere i 🌟

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet alles sehr hochwertig. Vor allem der Outdoor Bereich lädt zum draußen sitzen ein. Es gibt 2 Wohnzimmer sodass man auch immer Privatsphäre als Familie hat. Der Pool war für uns etwas zu kalt und nicht wie angegeben 30 grad. Was man beachten sollte: die Familie wohnt in diesem Haus erst dachten wir es ist noch jemand im Haus aufgrund der Schuhe /Auto. Es ist alles sehr sauber sodass uns das nicht störte. Bettwäsche und Handtücher bringt man mit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

The home was amazing and had everything we needed - we were a family of 4 occupying the upstairs and a family of 3 with a small baby occupying the big room downstairs, where there's also a sofa in the room, and one can put a crib. The grill, pool, trampoline, berry bushes, the children's hut and slides and toys in the backyard - everything was incredible to spend a lot of quality time in the home, enjoying the company of friends we haven't seen in a long while. The setting was perfect for us. House amenities are in great conditions and everything came with clear instructions of use. The area is a quiet residential spot, so not a lot to do right there, but the waterfront is about 30min away walking - where you can swim and kayak or just walk and see ducks and geese, and there's a train to city center 3 minutes from the home. all in all, we had an amazing stay and home to return again!

this is a house located in one of the affluent areas in the north of Stockholm. the house has a nice pool, sauna if you know how to operate one, and good outdoor deck with a great view. the house is well equipped with a modern kitchen, living room with a nice TV, and a dining room with a good view. I'd recommend this place for families and people wanting to work remotely, imagine taking a swim and sauna after a day at work! while the location is beautiful with nearby water and a forest and a golf course, getting to the city could be a drag for some people with a pure touristy mindset. it's a comfortable house and the hosts were welcoming and on top of our requests.

What an amazing house in the heart of beautiful Soltsjobaden. This was the perfect place for two UK families to stay and explore Stockholm for the first time. The house is beautiful, so spacious and really stylishly presented, the outside space and pool were just so relaxing. The suburb of Soltsjobaden is gorgeous, from the house it was just a few minutes walk to the jetty for a swim and stunning views across the water. We didn’t have a car but easily walked the 10 minutes to the supermarket for provisions. Bjorn even provided a shopping type trolley to make it easy to move the heavier items. Björn’s recommendation for Holmens restaurant was a 20 minute stroll, but it’s a lovely walk and the place is fantastic. Getting into the city couldn’t have been easier, exactly 30 mins on the bus, that stops a 5 minute walk from the house. We went into the city 3 times during our 5 night stay. So much to do! We’re really grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Simply great, cheers.
