The Stables @ Hamiltons

The Stables is a tasteful, recently converted former stables and open barn that was built in 1979 on the site of the original 1850 Victorian Coach house, that was demolished in 1960. Situated within the grounds of our home “Hamiltons”, a former Victorian vicarage. Positioned at the top of “Jack and Jill” hill, this private, self contained accommodation has wonderful views out over the garden and across the valley to the village of Kilmersdon and the woods of Babington House beyond.

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
